The house is new. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The host was the best host I have ever experienced when renting a house. Host was responsive when we had questions. We're in our 70's and this is the nicest, best value place we have ever stayed at. The owner was very helpful. It was great having a well appointed kitchen. Good for a couple (and kids).

Location was incredibly clean. Loved the furniture and layout was perfect for taking photos. I met Keisha the cleaning woman and she was so kind to me and my puppy.
