Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

Amka Villa Issa House ligger i Jambiani og har restaurant og direkte adgang til stranden. Den store terrasse har udsigt over Det Indiske Ocean, og der er gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. ikke så meget. vi fik ikke det værelse, vi havde bestilt.

The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

RoRi Private Luxury Villas er en nyrenoveret villa, som ligger i Bwejuu, få skridt fra Bwejuu Strand. Der er privat strandområde og havudsigt. The villa was amazing, true to pictures and even exceeding in some aspects. Ricardo was an excellent host and always only a text away. The breakfast was exceptional with a variation of fruits, eggs, bread, pastries, cakes, fresh juice, yoghurt, milk and sandwiches everyday. The rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet beach area to relax. There are restaurants all up and down the beach within easy walking distance and shops + more restaurants just 5 minutes taxi away in Paje. The swimming pool was a dream, we spent relaxing afternoons and evening in the water, a welcome escape from the heat. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

Everything new, elegant and comfortable,clean rooms, clean and cool pool, easy acces to the magnificent beach...food was delicious, everything fresh, the stuff and owner very friendly and welcoming. 5 stars experience, highly recommended!

You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience

CDM Villas Kiwengwa ligger i Kiwengwa, blot 41 km fra Peace Memorial Museum, og tilbyder indkvartering med havudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
