We stayed twice with my husband at the villa due to overnight flights. It is very close to the airport (approximately 15 minutes away). The villa has 2 floors and is very spacious for just the two of us. We received a good dinner and breakfast from the owner next door, as well as transportation to and from the place. We will definitely stay there again under the same circumstances. There is not much to do around, but you have a great balcony with a view where you can enjoy the sunset with a cup of tea or a bottle of wine if you manage to buy it at Duty-Free in advance.

Located within walking distance to Sapanca Lake, Villa Kirkpinar is located centrally in Sapanca's Kirkpinar District, surrounded by a peaceful nature. It offers an outdoor pool and free bikes. Very friendly family that owned the place for 6 generations. Very flexible when it comes to cleaning, breakfast timing. They offered complimentary tea and cake/biscuits. Highly recommended and plan to come again and again

The house is located outside Istanbul on the Asian side, great for day trips to both sides. It has a perfect view on the narrowest area of Bosporus and you can really enjoy it every evening after the trips to the city, which you can do with a bus ferry that is 10 min walk away. From there you can take the traffic-free transport and reach most areas. Our kids loved it! Oo, and cats are everywhere outside, clean and they like to pet.

The bungalow was wonderful, it's a highlight for all of you, who want to be in the nature with no one around except of some wolves (not visible but definitely there) and olive trees (amazing view!). Communication with Aziz, the host, was very good. He recommended some very good restaurants and also answered all of our questions immediately. All in all a very nice stay!

My kids loved the swimming pool. the host (Abu Ayman and his wife) were very responsive and supportive. I really recommend this accommodation.
