Located in a wine producing estate, on the right bank of Douro River, Quinta De La Rosa is a family owned property, 2 km from Pinhão. Rooms at this working vineyard are spread over several levels. Spacious rooms with cute little details, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Great breakfast and the staff are super welcoming and accommodating. The Quinta is set a short walk from the city center in cozy wine yards where you can take a stroll. I definitely recommend the tour including tasting and dinner in the Cozina da Clara.

Situated within 32 km of Mirandela Medieval Bridge in Alfândega da Fé, Casas da Serra - Soeima Housing features accommodation with seating area. The property has mountain views. We were on our way from Northern Portugal to Madrid Spain, and found this place on the way. So that was a considered as a place for an overnight only. The owner was very welcoming, need to use google translate, as Portuguese is the only language... She also runs a small cafe shop, just across the street. There is a large swimming pool - it was too cold for us, but if you arrive in hot days, it looks great.
