Weather was awful when we arrived. Pouring with rain and windy so it was great to have a home from home place to stay that was nice and cosy. The weather improved the following day allowing us to experience the beauty of Lake Tekapo.

The house was wonderful, We only had one night, but would have liked to stay and enjoy the property more. Greatly appreciated the clothes washing machine/dryer.

Located in Kaikoura in the Canterbury region, Deerbrooke Kaikōura Chalets - Chalet 1 has a garden. The chalet also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Plenty of space, good location and not too far from local restaurants. The breakfast food and drinks were a plus. We loved feeding the animals.

Boasting a patio with mountain views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Petes Place can be found in Arthur's Pass, close to Arthur's Pass Train Station and 700 metres from Arthur's Pass National Park.... Pete's Place really is the prettiest little house we have ever seen. The garden is beautiful and lovingly laid out; the interior is surprisingly modern and very tastefully furnished. We were all particularly impressed by the bathroom. The equipment was very good, we had all we needed. Everything is clean and in top condition. In our opinion, Pete's Place is the ideal accommodation for 2-3 people on site.

The townhouse has the perfect location, very central. Clean, fully stocked, warm and super comfortable. Easy access and excellent communication. Cafe on the corner too which is great!

Set in Akaroa in the Canterbury region, Kānuka Cottage - Tranquil and relaxing has a patio and quiet street views. Very peaceful setting. Very close drive to Akaroa.Had everything we needed to prepare meals. Good communication with the owner.

I can get everything I need in the room. Full kitchen facilities, laundry, ovens, very comfortable sofa, I really feel like home and it's better than home as it's in this beautiful Tekapo! And I love the animals, they are so cute and feeding them is such a good experience. I will come again to this lovely place for star gazing as the weather was so cloudy in the two nights I stayed thus I couldn't see a single star...
