Everything was clean and it’s better in live in comparison with pictures on Book. Pool is almost 2m deep, water was clean and treatened by chemicals against algae. Courtyard is clean and safe. neighborhood is quiet. Place is cozy and everything that we need for calm vaccation was there. Nearest beach is approx. 15 mins. from the house by car. Also, on the main road in Zelenika, we found Idea market, grill and bakery. Nice place to stay and spend vaccation. Host are very poliate and kind.

The apartment was very close to the beach but very, very quiet at the same time. It was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The bottom floor balcony is spacious, full of greenery and secluded and we spent most of our time there. The host, Staša, was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Just enjoy you need nothing the place is few steps from the Porto and Main Street surrounded by fruit trees Milan offered me a nice gift and fresh apple pie last days that was very nice . It is the welcome attitude who make your staying unforgettable or bad , and I would say my vacation was exceptional because of the host attitude … he made my vacation the best thank you Milan we’ll be coming back no doubt.

Basically everything 😊 Peace, quiet, view, solitude, history, church on the cliff with more stunning view, cowbells in the distance etc, pool! If you are scared of grasshoppers, it might be a bit complicated 😊

Lovely Villa, great pool, lovely peaceful location and lovely first floor balcony. We made use of the BBQ and the outdoor eating area. Lovely big shower room with a washing machine which was very handy. Shops are a short drive away, as is the harbour with some cafes and restaurants. You do need a car to get to the villa.

Hajdi har utsikt över havet och erbjuder boende med en balkong och vattenkokare, 7 minuters promenad från Bocasa strand. This is the perfect location if you want to explore the Bay of Kotor but you would like to stay away from traffic jams, crowd and noise. You will get an entire house with two stairs, where you can find nearly everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host is friendly and the communication in English is easy with him. The house is exactly what you can see on the pictures: all the furnitures and equipments are from the "upper shelf". The AC devices work well, the kitchen is large enough for an average family. All the rooms are clean and well-equipped, WIFI signal is strong enough on both stairs. Although it is located right on the side of the main road, the noise is minimal inside - thanks to the high quality windows and door. And unofficial and small beach is about 50 meters from the entrance and covered with medium sized gravel. The sea deepens quickly here, so pay attention to the kids. An official beach is about a few hundred meters away from here, it is more family-friendly. Free parking is available at the territory of the neighbour property, the host will show its exact location. The ferry port is located within a few minutes of walking, for pedestrians it is free, so you can go to the other side of the sea within a 10 minutes and have a good lunch or dinner. Small grocery (Idea) and bakery are located within a few minutes (nearly in front of the ferry port), however their offer is not as good as expected. Taking into consideration the price, this accommodation is a real bargain: in 2023 it was hard to find such a great place with great interior for this amount of money, so were are already thinking about to spend our holiday here again in 2024.
