Located 6.1 km from Suncheon Station, Forestel Meomul offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We were welcomed like family coming home from the moment that we arrived. Our gracious host took us on a tour of his beautiful gardens and surrounding property. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was deliciously prepared using produce from the gardens, served in a pleasant setting. The host is what sets this property apart, a definite highlight of our trip.

Damyang Flower & Hanok features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Damyang, 6.4 km from Korea Bamboo Museum. For context I am a solo female traveller who can speak only a little amount of Korean. I had left my large suitcase at my long term accommodation in Gwangju and just brought my backpack which definitely made things a lot easier. I had a beautiful stay, and after getting lost on the rural bus network getting here the host was quick to comfort me and offered to pick me up from my location. She made me feel so at home despite the language barrier, giving me food and starting the campfire where I stayed for over an hour with little Cookie the kitten purring on my lap. While it might take a little more thought and effort getting here it is certainly worth it for the serenity and hospitality you receive. The breakfast was also lovely. Nothing to fault about my stay, I hope you consider staying too :)

Suncheon Bay Healing Pension is set in Suncheon, 4.3 km from Suncheonman Bay National Garden, 7.2 km from Suncheon Station, as well as 11 km from Booyoung Country Club. The location was great - bus stop very close by and a short walk to Suncheon Bay. The owner was very kind, and the room was spacious and clean. The heated floor (ondol) was a very welcome surprise and the pension was very quiet. Altogether we had a great night's sleep and would come back again!!

Located in Yeosu, 2.1 km from Manseongri Black Sand Beach and 6.1 km from Sky Tower, Private Mosageum offers air conditioning. The house is right in front of the beach! Amazing!!

Offering free bikes and sea view, Uwha Minbak is located in Yeosu, 14 km from Guksaam Buddhist Hermitage and 14 km from The Ocean Golf Course. The host was incredibly helpful, from offering extra food for my children to turning up at 5am as a wake-up call (we had a very early morning ferry to catch). There was also a great grilled fish and pork cutlet restaurant just a stone's throw away. My kids enjoyed playing in the sea at the end of a long day's driving. The courtyard was also great, with the mini pagoda to hang out in. We will go back specifically to go to this pension!

Located within 3.8 km of Tea Museum of Korea and 21 km of Boseong Bibong Dinosaur Park, Golmangtae Pension provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Boseong. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He made us a very tasty breakfast and gave us his amazing homemade wine and tea. Apartments were clean and very cozy with a beautiful view onto gardens. The scenery around the pension is stunning. It was honestly our most memorable stop across our trip in South Korea.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Four Seasons Pension is situated in Suncheon, 7.1 km from Suncheon Station and 11 km from Booyoung Country Club. Very nice stay in a good location to visit the wetlands. We stayed in 3, with our little one, for which they provided an extra bed. It was easy to find, good communication, parking and lots of restaurants around.
