Even the internet was strong enough to work! I also did the Los Pinos hike, which starts in their backyard - the steep incline is well worth it for the views at the top.

I loved the installations and the surroundings. They take great care of details, for instance, there were flowers in the bathroom. The food was amazing and plated magnificently. The place is extremely quiet. I highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway.

The Villa is incredible! Maria met us to give us a quick tour and provide us with the instructions for an easy check in. The pictures do not do this place justice. We had 6 nights here and enjoyed all of them. Taganga itself can be a bit hectic, therefore staying at Bareke Azul on the hillside was just wonderful - only 5 min from centre of Taganga but far enough to get some peace, quiet and wonderful views. Also, one of the owners Ramon is just a really great and friendly host. All in all, we had an amazing stay at Bareke Azul. It’s not a luxury hotel, but considering the price, it’s perfect.

Stunning property in the middle of the jungle, everything is well kept and all the details taken care of, the staff is kind and super helpful always looking for you to have the best possible experience, the room was clean, organised and better than the pictures. Food and drinks where also amazing and lot’s of plans to do. Unfortunately we book a very short time for such paradise. Excellent value for money
