Surrounded by trees, Aminess Gaia Green Villas features modern decorated accommodation with fitness and water sports facilities in Njivice. Free WiFi is provided. Amazing location and incredible restaurant right on the sea. Check-in was very easy. The accommodations were roomy and clean. Perfect for groups and families. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The unit itself was beautiful and modern. Very clean and in an amazing location. As with all Old Towns there is no parking within the old town, but you are able to enter to drop off your luggage, collect the parking pass. You then have to drive to the parking structure which is underground and secure. Only about a 5-10 min walk from the unit. It is a lot of stairs so I don't recommend leaving anything in the car you may need. Beautiful walk though.

The D2 house is small, but very clean and comfortable: comfy big bed, good equipped kitchen, dishwasher (thank you!). But the most praise gets the bathroom and the terrace. The shower cabin is big, like 1m*1m which is really rare even for hotels and I loved that! The terrace is very cosy, it’s very convenient (and pleasant:) that the neighbors don’t see you and almost don’t hear. So you feel like you are alone there (in a high season). I took a look at the neighboring mobile homes and they don’t have this very important quality. There is a small beach in 30 meters from the house where is almost no one there (high season!). Ana and Ivan are great hosts: friendly, attentive and very helpful.

The owner is very responsible, he was available to provide any kind of needed information before the arrival, and the whole staff were at our service during our stay, always smiling and offering help with no hesitation.

Situated in Novigrad Istria, 1.5 km from Novigrad Bus Station and 1.8 km from Novigrad Marina, Belvedere Holidays features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a barbecue.
