The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

The included breakfast was tasty and fresh. As an added bonus the food was brought to you, so you had the opportunity of dining alfresco outside your room while taking in the amazing view. In addition, the staff were so kind, gracious and always eager to assist. The location was perfect being steps away from the beach. As a result, you gained access to all the action on the beach, while not being on the highly trafficked coast. The representation of the view is exactly how it appears!

We liked everything! Assante Sana! It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)

Callister and the whole staff is miraculous. You can not ask anything, that they would not help immediately. villa and garden are beautiful. pool area and beach house is just perfect - that is important, as the ocean did not really want to meet us a lot.:)

The house was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. We made our own breakfast and ate on the porch. The location was excellent and we took advantage of the lovely restaurants beside the house. On the last evening, we enjoyed a lovely dinner prepared by a local chef. Luty and Amina were just wonderful as well.

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The location was perfect and it was super clean. Situated in a village, the locals were friendly and we felt very safe. The pool was kept clean every day and it was completely private. Raphael was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Although he wasn't there in person, he was always available on the phone to deal with any queries that we had. He also arranged some cash for me as there wasn't an ATM nearby. We did our own cooking for one meal, and needed coriander which wasn't available at the local shops. Raphael instantly arranged some to be delivered to me. The caretaker Issa lived at nearby with his wife and baby. Although he didn't speak English, we managed to converse via Google translate. He was very lovely and always readily available for any errands that we needed. Raphael arranged a driver to pick us up free of charge from Matemwe. He also allowed us to have a late check out as we wanted to observe the Friday prayers which was a little bit later in the afternoon after scheduled check out time. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone wanting to experience privacy, central location, friendly neighbourhood, and a good beach

This villa exceeded our expectations by miles! When we arrived, there were many people to help us with our luggages and they were so kind and welcoming to us. There was even a massive bowl with big variety of fruit waiting for us. We stayed in 3 different villas with our family on our holiday in Zanzibar and Villa Hibiscus was by far the best villa we stayed at. What you get for the price is outstanding. We really enjoyed the style the house is built, wifi is very good and fast, the villa and all the bedrooms are beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The owner is very attentive and helpful through WhatsApp and even the cleaner was very thorough and does a great work! Any question or problem you have, they will help immediately. The security was also very attentive and helpful. There are also some really good restaurants within 2-10 minute walk. Would recommend Villa Hibiscus to everyone! 10 points out of 10 for sure
