I really love the location. Its few minutes walk to upper Barrakka garden, cathedral and waterfront. The waterfront view from the window is stellar. Its decently priced and I find the area safe. The coffeemaker is an added value. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay again in the future as a solo traveler.

A tasteful and stylish recent refurbishment of a traditional Maltese building in an unbeatable yet quiet location on the Valletta bastion overlooking the Grand Harbour three minutes walk from Upper Barrakka Gardens, four minutes from more cafes and restaurants than you can shake a stick at, five minutes from the Three Cities and Gozo ferry terminal, six minutes from the indoor food market and seven minutes from the main bus station. It's comfortable and thoughtfully equipped accommodation where everything works and the hosts are efficient and friendly. Not cheap but I'd definitely pay to stay here again.

The appartment is located above Valletta harbour - a couple of meteres downhill to Gozo highspeed ferries and 3 cities ferries and as well only some meters uphill into the old city center with all its nice restaurant, shops and bars. This location makes is very close to all attractions, while still being in a quite side road. Perfect to stay in. Valletta central bus station is as well only 10 minutes walk away - good starting point to explore the island. Public transport system works well. The appartment itself is fully equipped, good air conditioning, a wash/dryer combi device which is very good to have to quickly wash & clean sweaty clothes when coming back from a trip around Malta. When we arrived we found the place in clean condition and nicely set up. Communication with the host was always speedy in reply and very friendly. A really good idea the host was having is placing QR codes next to some of the appliances that link to an explanation video. Helps to e.g. start the wash/dryer combo device. We enjoyed our stay here and can definately recommend staying there.

My mom and I had a lovely stay at the maisonette! Gorgeous views of the Grand Harbour, all the amenities one can ask for, spacious and with lots of light which is hard to find in central Valletta. We spent 12 days in the beautiful and special charming house of Joelean in Valletta, Malta. If you wish to feel the spirit of Valletta, "Cozy Corner House in Valletta-Authentic" is exactly the place for you. We fall in love with the house at first glance, while looking for an extraordinary place with a very reasonable price. And indeed, we weren't disappointed at all. On the contrary, the unique "Cozy Corner House in Valletta-Authentic " met all our expectations and more. The about 500 years old house has been renovated and renewed with a lot of thought, beauty and grace that combine new with old. Ms. Joelean greeted us with a warm welcome. She took the time and gave us some good advice on how to spend our vacation in Valletta in particular, and in Malta in general (in addition to the written information that she left in the house). We found the house very clean, equipped with all we needed for a short or long vacation. The location of the house is excellent for trips in Valletta and out of Valletta. Great location, in the center of the old town. Great layout of rooms with kitchen and living room on different floors. Beautiful views from both terraces. Excellent contact with the owner. It was a great stay for us in Vallatta. We recommend the place in every respect!

Sublime! Set in the heart of Valletta snuggling against the sea, this stunning villa combines 16th century charm with modern convenience. We loved the hug of history (the villa was owned by the Knights of St John) and its state-of-the-art convenience, like the piping-hot Jacuzzi. The beds were super comfy and the hospitality was superlative. Thank you, Victoria, for your thoughtful touches, like the abundance of coffee pods, and the early check in. We very much appreciated it.
