Great little 2 bedroom house in grounds of the main farm house surrounded by orchards. Perfect location with easy access to the Po cycle/walking path. Property it selves is so special. Well designed and with beautiful architecture and garden. Peaceful place, in te city centre but with a feeling of countryside gem.

Breakfast was great, location was really quiet , but close to the city of Ferrara by car. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, the pool was great ... I wish we had more days there!

The apartment was in a convenient location with easy street parking and close to city center. Luisa, the apartment manager, is fantastic and has made sure to provide the apartment with every necessary amenity and more for a comfortable stay. On check-in she made sure to show us everything and was always responsive to any inquiries we had. The breakfast that was included with our stay was exceptional and had many selections included. Apartment was super clean and in great condition. Strong wi-fi, great selection of channels on the TV, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice shower and washing machine. Cozy sitting area out front and even two basic bicycles provided. Of all the stays we had in 3 weeks in Italy we definitely felt like this was at the top of the list for value, convenience, location, and comfort. If we are in Ferrara again for any time we will definitely be looking to see if Residenza Ducale is available.
