It even has its own gate, outdoor eating area, and hammock for sunny days! The rooms are quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. There is an AC/heating unit in the bedroom. Amazing, friendly, and helpful host who can guide you around town. The neighbors on the small street are also friendly. All the best places to eat in Kutaisi are just a short walk away. Highly recommended! Super lovely place. We will stay again!

Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. The villa was really exceptional. Having a big amazing garden (fenced) with swing, hammock and a beautiful terrace in the a middle of the forest is just perfect. One of the best places to relax and unwind. Another plus is the upper terrace which can be opened to get the master bed out on it. Not mentioning the amazing host Nino, she was always in contact to make sure we were happy and well settled and big thanks to her husband as well for his amazing support.

Amazing place. We had the whole apartment for our self and we felt really like home. The owner was really nice and we even got free georgian dish in the evening. They where really helpful and tried there best to make us enjoy the stay. Also really close to some supermarkets and 20min to town city.
