Wow is all I can say. The Apartment was absolutely fabulous. It was so clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for your stay. The owners care about it and have put a lot of love and care into it, from the kitchen through to the bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. There is nothing I could fault. The owners very kindly kept in touch to make sure there was nothing needed etc. and were very good at giving recommendations for places to eat, things to do/see. It is a five minute walk to the centre of Bath from the apartment and the train station, an added bonus,

The moment we walked in, I was already sad we only had a few nights here. If I were to go back I'd stay a week and explore the area from such a lovely and comfortable home base. Our family of 5 appreciated the pantry staples so much after a long day of travel and not having to go out to the store. Waking up with eggs on hand made it even more comfortable. The beds envelope you in the most luxurious clean linens and the bathrooms are so well lit for great makeup application which my teen daughter raved about. The couches are comfortable for an evening snuggled up as a family and the views from the parking pad took our breath away. The place was spotlessly clean, and the towels were fluffy and large. Best stay we have had in the whole country. If you are unsure, go ahead and boom, and add a few nights. Communication was great and self check in is great. Had the best kitchen stock we have ever experienced with things like liquid measuring cups, amazing new appliances and even a washer and dryer. It was so kind to include soaps for everything. Being able to wash a few small items while we are on the road for a month was so helpful.

Lulu and Sarah were gracious hosts. We looked forward to regular visitations from Meme, the 4 legged estate manager. The secluded location, on the water, yet very accessible to the town centre made for an ideal location. The on-site restaurant is excellent, with a free boat ride to downtown at 9:30 each morning.

This house is amazing - we went for our youngest daughter’s biathlon final and our elder daughter’s 13th birthday for the weekend. We needed somewhere close to the city centre, the University of Bath and also a house that would feel exciting to a 13 year old and her friend as a birthday treat ( who didn’t want to come for her sisters sporting event !) This house ticked all the boxes - they had the attic room and en-suite to themselves and couldn’t have been happier running around excitedly looking at all the rooms. They were able to walk into town by themselves while we were at the bi-athlon and go shopping so it all worked out perfectly. The owners extended our check out time so we could pack up the house after we got from the bi-athlon so we didn’t need to do it at 7am !

Really liked pretty much everything about the property. It was comfy, spacious and clean. The facilities were fantastic and the location was perfect. Would stay again in the future and looking forward to another trip. Price for the property was amazing and it really helps when you have multiple people.

In de tuin van een prachtig statig huis. Het hoofd huis zit aan drukke weg, maar het huisje zelf ligt hoger in de tuin en is heel erg rustig. Het huisje was klein, maar precies goed voor ons vieren. Het zag er sfeervol uit, mooi ingericht en de kleine details maakten het extra speciaal (handcreme, scrub, dikke plaid etc). Bij aankomst was zelfs de hottub al op temperatuur.. We vonden het echt een dikke aanrader!

Bij aankomst stond er een leuk verrassingspakket voor ons klaar wat wij erg waardeerden! Ter info, sommige navigatie systemen (als b.v. "maps") geeft de weg naar de locatie niet juist weer maar je krijgt van de eigenaren krijg je vooraf een prima beschrijving om de locatie te vinden. Een ander navigatie systeem dat we bij ons hadden (Tomtom) wist de locatie overigens wel goed te vinden.
