This was a beautiful property located 5mins from the beach with restaurants and water activities. The property itself was amazing, felt like home away from home, very modern, clean, spacious and lots of areas to keep the kids busy. We liked the 2 TVs on either side of the wall so kids and adults can relax at the same time. The kitchen was fully equipt and swimming pool was clean. Overall this was an excellent property away from the crowd - highly recommend.

Beautiful villa, exceptionally clean and maintained.generous sized swimming pool and all the mod-cons needed for a much deserved break. The host was such a beautiful and generous lady who was available 24 hours for anything we needed. She had stocked the fridge with the essentials and water before we arrived, Chauffeured us on the first night to Latchi for dinner, helped us hire a car, organised the taxi from and to the airport and texted me everyday to see if we needed anything.

A couple of days there were some problems with Wi-Fi, but the owner fixed the problem quickly. So Wi-Fi was stable. And we’v found present from our owner Pavlos in fridge, the bottle of excellent local wine. We like this apartment and this place and hope to spend next holidays here again.

Needed a twin room so were to the rear of hotel, but not a problem. The breakfast served by our charming and gregarious waiter Louis was absolutely excellent and catered for my vegan diet wonderfully. Would definitely recommend Y&P and will stay here next time we're in Latchi.

It was our first stay, although we have eaten in the hotel’s excellent fish restaurant for many years. This time we stayed in a beautiful, large room on the top (2nd) floor with a balcony on two sides. The all white decor makes the space seem even bigger than it is and there is a large bathroom with a powerful shower, too. There was also a hot tub outside. In the morning there was a choice of hot or cold breakfast included.stellaYoung couple
