The garden was absolutely perfect, with a lot of roses and a lot of grass that was cut and cared for, even a turtle, there is also a hammock, a table under a vine, and another table with chairs. There are also some very cute pigeons that are not noisy at all. If you are interested in a place with a lot of peace and where no one bothers you, this is the perfect place. We wanted to enjoy the fresh air and sit in the yard and we had plenty. The house is not modernly furnished. On the other hand, the furniture is old style, all are very outdated, ridiculous pictures on the walls, but none of these things were important because the house is very clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. If I had to choose between a room at a luxury hotel there and this location, I would choose it again because we felt very comfortable. I have been in the past years and stayed at Hotel Izvora and another time I stayed at Arbanaski Han, but here we were alone and I liked that very much, my dog could run around the yard, and we had silence. Check-in was very easy, the host communicated quickly and was very nice and kind. The location is close to the center of the village (however, the village is small, very quiet). I would love to go there again and teleworking for a week in that beautiful courtyard!

our amazing host came to meet us, and although it was Easter Sunday, we was as helpful as he could be, he even showed us around the house and was just amazing! He helped us with our car, we had an issue with our lights, helped us like he was a family member, he had apples and a bottle of red wine and chocolate waiting for us, and had already set up the table for us. He called us every now and then to check if we need anything, like extra towels or anything, he was just an amazing and kind and thoughtful person and we can't wait to go back to that incredible house ! the house was super clean, and super comfortable, and the place is so serene and beautiful and we called it our home for one week, we were sad we had to leave. We also enjoyed the company of the lovely cats in our garden and had lovely cherries from the cherry tree. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Totaly recomend this, you will absolutely love this place.

Great spacious house with small inner garden and garage. Top host - perfect communication and organisation of check-in /check-out processes. We received thorough instructions for everything: key collection, useful phone numbers and locations. Kitchen is well equipped, big living. Canvas and antique pieces create atmosphere of luxury. Every bedroom has it's own lavatory with shower. Just near the house there is a food store. 5-7-minutes walk distance to Tsarevets casle, 10-15 minutes walk to historical centre with artisanal and antique shops.

Lovely house! The property is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The area is very picturesque and the view from the property is amazing. The kids loved playing with the toys left in the house. Definitely will come back!
