Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room.
Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands.

Good location to shop at the Markets and township. The price reflected the accommodation. It was tidy and clean and suited us for the night before heading off to Savaii. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

Good value for money, friendly staff, everyday a different main complimentary breakfast with local fresh fruits, few minutes walk to a convenient store. Although no free WiFi , was not an issue because local Vodafone sim is not expensive and works very well. Providing free beach towels. Few minutes walk is a car rental company. Plenty of food options in the neighborhood. Half hour safe walk to downtown and some nearby attractions.

Accommodating to my Father who was in a wheel chair and required disability facilities. Breakfast variety was amazing and they would change it up every other day. Room service was prompt and the food tasted delicious. Pool was great for the kids and easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean and were closer to the reception area. Great customer service from the point of entry until we left the resort.

How comfortable and huge the house was. It was lovely to have met the Boss Lady Isabella Ah Chong. She made us feel we were at our own home. The location was on point, and it was very affordable.

Apia is a great holiday destination to visit for those that want somewhere to relax. The people are friendly and helpful but do be aware of going to markets. They have locals prices and tourist prices, possibly even in stores as well. So if you know a local there, that will work to your advantage. It is also an advantage if you can learn some key phrases before you go. The locals really appreciate it when they see tourists who are learning or trying to speak their language.

If you want to visit paradise this is the place.
If you want to visit paradise this is the place. I don't like that they use paper straws everywhere. They have good local food. Food was perfect, be aware it's hot so come prepare with summer clothes and gears.
Make sure to get a spacious good rental car. Its easy to get around, you can also use Google map. Fish and chips at the fish market is really good🤗👌Also stop by at Revive Restaurants at Vaitele best burgers but, if you're a coffee lover stop by at Coffee Roaster in Togafu'afu'a Apia they have the best coffee in town🤗😎👌👌God's blessings always💙🙏

Our Samoan experience was truly unforgettable, immersed in the beauty of the island, vibrant local vibes, warm hospitality of the Samoan people, and rich cultural encounters. The overall adventure was incredible; however, the drawback was the somewhat excessive pricing and a bit of disappointment with the food offerings.

It's good to get out of town and experience the real cultural life style. You never been to samoa if you don't visit Savaii. Amanaki restaurant got the best menu, decent prices, friendly staff. Pretty easy to wake around town it's not that big. Avoid walking around in town after dark.🤣🤣🤣

When going sightseeing make sure your ready to pay for things such as taking photos of waterfalls etc which we didn’t mind as it was only $5 tala person in the car and any way to make money for the Samoan people is well spent. There are signs where you pay.
Is definitely a bonus and makes the trip easier if you have at least one person in our group who speaks the language.
The best meal we had was when we attended the Island Grill in Apia. Absolutely delicious food wonderful customer service fast and priced reasonable.
Don’t go to the Casino in Apia. It should never have been out there. If people want to gamble you will never win there and it is supporting the wrong cause.
Markets were great and lots of souvenirs to take home for the family. Good prices and most people friendly.
If you have a weak stomach be careful where you are getting food from. Avoid the stores or road foods.
We found hiring a car from the airport and drop off was convenient if you have someone who can drive. We used Moana rentals. The car wasn’t full on pickup from the airport and had quite a few scratches but if you take photos before leaving the airport you will be fine. Drinking a round is a little hectic but once your used to it your fine.
If you are looking for a party go to the Hotel Millenia Fridays and Saturdays they have a live band. Bar staff require some customer service training and drinks can be a little warm late in the night as they usually run out.
we recently returned from a wonderful stay at Samoana hotel. we stayed with our young family for three nights while we explored Apia and surrounds, making day trips into the markets, piula cave pool, sliding rocks etc. we had a ground floor 2-bedroom apartment which was great for kids coming and going from pool etc. accomodation was basic was lovely, clean and spacious. good value for money. thanks to the staff who were great. I hope to be back at some stage!
Very convenient to all facilities in the town area, service and staff were very helpful. Always looking forward to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended and all my families and friends are keen to make reservation in coming Christmas and New Year holidays to your hotel. Keep up the good work and you are uplifting the hospitalities of Samoa.

Dave Parker’s Eco Lodge is in the hills above Apia. The view from the dining room and guest rooms is amazing. You get a wonderful view of the forest, the city below and down to the ocean.
The meals were delicious. Our room was spacious. It had ac, fridge, kettle and microwave. The bed was comfortable. (I didn’t like the pillow but Lolita happily swapped it for me.)
I loved everything about this property. It was the best decision I've made to stay there and I highly recommend it to anybody who's planning to travel to Samoa. I will definitely stay again with Kuinis guesthouse. The services was absolutely amazing. It is convenient to everything. Thank you Kuini 😊.
Clean, spacious, great value for money and very central location. It had all the amenities that I needed plus a full kitchen to cook my own meals. Nathan (host) was very helpful and had very prompt communication. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the Apia for business.
Location is fantastic, pool is lovely, staff are friendly, restaurant food was generally of a high standard and the activities were a great experience.
I would highly recommend doing the activities if you stay here as they are awesome staff and they will teach you a lot about Samoan culture.
We were happy to be able to checkin early as we had arrived to Samoa at 4am and waited all day. Olivias advised us at 12pm that our room was available and they were readay for us. We also liked that Olivias is not a busy, overcrowded place and we were able to come and go as we pleased.
Spent 9 days here in this Hotel. The owner is good. with everything we asked for, we were provided with it. We enjoyed our stay there as the location was perfect. It was near the market and places where we can just get fresh Samoan food to eat.
I really love how convenient the location is of this hotel to town and mostly everything. Love how clean the room was and the hotel as well, inside and out. The staff are really friendly, andi will definitely book this hotel next time again.
An exceptional hotel. Simple furnishings, you feel like you are at home. Very nice staff, who read your every wish from your lips. Good and sufficient breakfast. If we ever fly to Samoa again, this hotel will be my first choice.
-Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket and ATM
-Some of the staff were great
-'Hostel vibe'
-Nice outdoor area, which also includes a pool
-Safe area and safe hotel spaces
-Breakfast included
-Functional rooms
The staff were so friendly and accommodating! I loved the fact that the Samoana car rental company was affiliated with the Samoana Boutique Hotel!
I thought it was closer to town than it was, however we were treated
the friendliness of the staff, very welcoming. the location was perfect, the details of the hotel was mind blowing. Food was delicious, overall and amazing stay & will definitely considering coming back again. 🙏🏽
The Staff are very friendly and approachable. Very accommodating with requests. The Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Koko alaisa and supoesi very good. Please maintain the Samoa dishes you are currently serving.
The breakfast and food was standard fare. Location was amazing. Having travelled to Samoa several times, this is a view of Apia - you will not normally see. The host and service was amazing and friendly.
The staff were great and food was delicious. Also the location was perfect as it’s right in the centre of Town plus the pool was nice and cold which we used often because it’s always 30degrees in Samoa!
