The staff are so attentive! The Diamond Church apartment I stayed in was fabulous. The breakfast was a very good mix of Western and Asian cuisine. There are flowers everywhere in the hotel and the facade of the hotel is very attractive. The hotel itself is within 200 metres of Hoan Kiem Lake, I would say. It is surrounded by lots of small shops and it is within 2-3 minutes easy walking distance of St. Joseph's Cathedral. Oh, the staff process queries very quickly. They go out of their way to impress; their professionalism and commitment to high levels of customer services, headed up by the very amiable and charming hotel manager, is a joy to behold. I was impressed with this visit as with the previous (and first) one!

The staff members (especially Lily and Hua) were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Nothing was difficult and they were always happy to help.
