The elevator broke down (we heard it does often) and we were on the 7th floor I'm 80 years old with a hip issue, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor but NO, so we got room on the 2nd floor but it was still very difficult to use 2 fights of stairs.
The bathtub was very slippery and the floor sticky.
The location was great but I don't think I will be back there.

it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean. We paid for a delux room and when we got to the room it was not a delux. The person who checked us in said nothing about it not being delux. She could not give us any kind of refund and said we had to contact Booking.com.

Schiller Park was close to the airport for our needs.
Schiller Park was close to the airport for our needs. For visitors to Chicago for entertainment and events? Too far to move among traffic to the downtown areas and to return to hotels if using ground transportation.

Nice and clean. Staff was nice.
Nice and clean. Staff was nice. Beware, there is a $20 fee you're charged at check-in for incidentals. Not sure what that means. I bring my own shampoo and soap. Perhaps I should have charged them the $20 for bringing my own incidentals.

Wow..this place is sweet..they have a forest reserve that you can get out too! Biking, hiking, soooo much you can do and it's clean!! The architecture of the houses really stood out for me! We also visited a fantastic record store not far from our hotel Rolling Stones record shop..good stuff. We also ate at Tacos Locos..I haven't had tacos with potatoes in them for years....and they were not disappointing!
This hotel was much better than expected. Yes, it is only 2 star and yes it is a bit outdated, but it's a budget hotel so you can not expect a 5 star place. For what it was though, it was great value, the receptionist was EXTREMLY nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and did the job. And also they have a free shuttle from the airport running every 30 minutes which was amazing and we used it to get there. Overall, it completely exceeded my expectations.
It's suite and too big for one person but better for family stay. The room is clean and has all items (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer etc.) I needed. The staffs are nice. Their breakfast is free and better than I expected. The hotel provides a shuttle to pick up from / send to both ORD airport and Blue Line at Rosemont station that is nice.
The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and the drivers (Shirley and Mike) were brilliant! The hotel restaurant, Pizzeria Uno, is fabulous and well worth the wait for their deep dish pizza. This is their only location outside downtown Chicago, so it's very lucky for the Schiller Park area and Comfort Suite guests.
The women at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. They were all patient, helpful, friendly and made my stay so much nicer. Even the drivers and hotel cleaners were friendly! Will stay here again in a heartbeat!
There was no restaurant open on the site the day I was there . The courtesy bus was good . Room was fairly clean but not to a standard of cleanliness in a hotel that I have a stayed in before . Location was ok
Hotel was very clean and in a very convenient location. There was ample parking space for the nights we were booked at the hotel, and parking was convenient. Shuttle and Wi-Fi information readily provided.
The Staff at the Hotel is fantastic! The Breakfast was excellent. The Hotel is very close to the airport. The room was an average hotel room with everything I needed and was comfortable and clean.
Short drive to hotel from airport with free shuttle. Room was spacious with separate sitting area. Had a shuttle from very early in the morning so was easily in time for a 6 am flight.
The staff was really very efficient and helpful. The ladies serving breakfast were particularly nice and welcoming.
A good hotel and very practical for a short transit to the airport.
I paid for a quadruple room and ended up with just 2 double beds crammed in a tiny room. No refrigerator no microwave. It almost looks like an abandoned hotel
