Friendly staff , helpful. Our arrival flight was late so connecting flight took off without us . We didn’t have. Our bags. The front desk woman gave us toothbrush toothpaste and a comb. She was so nice

Room was VERY NICE and clean and everything worked. I loved the room. The ice machine on my floor was broken, though. I appreciated the self service laundry. Miguel & Depecha were very helpful. Thank you for allowing pets.
