The title inside the door by the fridge was very sticky. The handles on the cabinet doors for the fridge were broken. Otherwise everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend

I did not stay there, I left due to condition of the room. The deadbolt did not lock, the bath tub/shower was visibly dirty and I found a hair on the sheets when I pulled the blankets back on the bed. I did not stay and found a room elsewhere. I called Booking.com and complained. I’m waiting for my full refund.

Nothing. I have been staying here for 13-14 years. This was by far the worst. Filthy, almost nothing out for breakfast, coffee looked like mud. Staff refused us a clean towel (had 2 for a 3 day stay).

Some of the staff was nice. Whoever the man was that worked on 4/27 (morning shift) was not nice or helpful. I called complained about the toilet not working around 6:30 am He told me he was not able to come because he was doing breakfast but would make a point to come check it later in the day. We left after breakfast, and got back around 3. Nothing had been done to the toilet.

Breakfast was decent, the beds were comfortable. Rooms were big and a big mini fridge.
The room was really nice. The front desk clerks were very nice but I got charged $20 in a penny more than what my Booking.com had quoted me. It said they charge me for them saloon that they had in there and I paid with my debit card when I bought my drinks so I don’t understand why I got charged. I must’ve got charged just because I walked in the door $20.

Beware of their hotels , most have incorrect information listed on this and other booking sites. Before paying always ask to see the room and their pool , hot tub ,etc. The only place i would recommend if you are a Bold Eagle fan as my husband and myself are go to Credit Island , You will find them everywhere in the park especially in the tree tops.

The only complaint I would have is the breakfast.
The only complaint I would have is the breakfast. I realize it was after the Carrie Underwood Concert but I am sure concerts always brings in big crowds. I ate at 8:30 and there was only eggs available when I went thru. The coffee was empty and no forks available. Just think more help in the kitchen after big concerts. Love the Hotel otherwise.

We weren't happy with the quality of the hotel and there were no cabs to get to the concert we came for. Uber in the area kept saying no one was available and we ended up waiting an extra hour after the concert trying to get back to our hotel. The concert and center it was held at was great.

We loved the location of the Comfort Inn Hotel.
We loved the location of the Comfort Inn Hotel. It was close to the airport, dining an shopping. We didn't do much shopping since we were in town to pick up a famiy member at the airport. The mall was a dissappiontment due to many stores had permanently closed. If you are looking for a great hotel you shoud stay at the Comfort Inn. The staff i very polite, friendly and accomodating. We loved their hot breakfast with the option of having an omlet of scrambled eggs with our choice of fixins added. The hotel was super clean and exceeded my expectations.
Liked the quick check-in and reasonable price. Outside the property didn’t looked the greatest (seems to be a common theme with most hotels) but the room was clean and comfy. Good size bathroom, clean towels and hot water. Parking immediately outside the building. No hairdryer inside the room but you could borrow one from reception, so not a problem.
Older property, built in the mid 1960's but the new owners are working to fix it up. Office area very neat. Rooms small (again think 1960's size) but hey, your just gonna sleep. Desk clerk was very accommodating, I had failed to ask for an accessible room. They had none but the desk clerk did get us a ground floor room. Overall a very pleasant stay.
It is a beautiful hotel. Everything was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good just not as many choices as I thought there would be, We will be staying at this hotel again in the future.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Moline,IL give them a call and book a room!!!!!!
I travel often through Moline on my way to Colorado to visit my daughter’s family and have stayed at several hotels in the area. Country Inn and Suites has become my hotel of choice due to its proximity to Route 280, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff and a good breakfast.
I loved the bed in the room,it was soft and felt like a pillow. I enjoyed the lemon water. I loved the lobby and kitchen area. Unfortunately, this is the only things I liked about the hotel. There was a 24 hour McDonald’s next door.
Nothing. Your website said I paid hotel said I did not and they would only take cash. So after waiting for you all to help me for about two hours. I stayed elsewhere. I am still waiting for you to reimburse the difference
this is the only survey i will do. i am only doing this as its the only hotel i stayed at in the 4 weeks i was i america that actually cleaned our room and gave us new towels/shampoos etc’
Since the hotel is near the Taxslayer Center, I'd say the location was great! I also liked having the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also, the staff was very nice.
This hotel has everything you need! Our room had a lounge area & a great view over the John Deere Common.
Warm drinks available 24/7 & the breakfast included was great!
The room was clean, the whole hotel was nice it was nice that they had breakfast in the morning. Stafff was nice always said hello. Liked that they had a smoke if area
The rooms were clean. The staff were all very kind. Looking forward to seeing the areas they had under construction. It was a nice stay for a very reasonable rate.
Great facility - updated and clean and comfortable. Liked the breakfast - better than other hotels that provide the same - especially the cinnamon rolls!
