The hotel room is in tip-top shape - clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfy stay. The Dove products are fantastic. They have a pleasant fragrance and make you feel like you're in a spa. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's seriously delicious and has all the yummy stuff you want to start your day off right.

Breakfast was ok. Needed more options on the menu same as for the dinner menu. Not really kid friendly in food choices.

This hotel and stay was our best ever. Rooms are clean and comfortable and soooo cute. The staff all were helpful, friendly with wonderful smiles.
Our only issue is that we drive a large truck that was tight to park but all worked out. Would love to plan another visit as soon as possible.
Thank you to the entire staff

Thus was the worst hotel for the price we've ever stayed in.
Thus was the worst hotel for the price we've ever stayed in. There were roaches in our room, had to keep asking for towels because there were none in the room and we were there for four days. We were able to switch rooms after the first night of complaining of roaches in the room. The bugs were also in the second room as well but figured by then it was a roach motel. Will not stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone. I did get the picture of the roaches because they ran. But was able to get the picture of the wall outlet hanging by the wires in the floor.

Merced seems like a nice town.
Merced seems like a nice town. I thought it was safe and the people were friendly. Though I didn't really come to enjoy the town itself but rather to go to Yosemite National Park. So the proximity to the park is great.

I love the place but it looks deserted.
I love the place but it looks deserted. It's hard to walk around if you don't have a map. a car or navigation. I have to drive to Union City Best Buy just to buy laptop because I can't find any laptop in Merced, Modesto and Stacy.
I found comfort in Denny's restaurant. I thank them for their out door service.

I really liked that there were restaurants close by.
I really liked that there were restaurants close by. The one I had breakfast at was full of country goodness. I stuffed myself on grilled pork chops with a side of cinnamon fried apples, country red skinned potatoes loaded with red and green bell peppers and onions, creamy grits topped with bacon and cheese and a HUGE homemade biscuit. If you haven't figured out where I'm talking about...its Black Bear Diner! And the coffee was HOT! 🥰
So we pay a cleaning fee and the second week in a row, not cleaned mid week. Unless they consider clean town...Bed wasn’t made, tooth paste still in the sink...Obvious someone is pocketing the cleaning money and rooms arnt being cleaned. No breakfast either. Keep using the excuse Covid when Denny’s next door is open and busier than all get out and a little hotel won’t serve breakfast because of Covid? Poor poor excuse for a hotel!!! 😡😡😡😡
Last minute booking due to earlier hotel booked turned out to be a temporary homeless shelter. Everything else was booked in merced on account of move in weekend at UC Merced. This was a lovely place to put up for the night. Near a lot of food options, very good size room with fridge and microwave.
My stay wasn’t very good my room smelled like cigarettes shower water pressure wasn’t good so much dust on the back of tv pillows weren’t comfy the ac smelled burnt seen a lot of homeless people load people I will never stay in this hotel ever again looks like this hotel nobody fixes the doors
My television said Hello Victoria + the TV is huge, the balcony the fire pit the indoor pool and hot tub the we’ll groomed lawn trees dining area lounge gym working ice machine makes this place a 5Star plus hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Friendly front desk staff. All front staff made you feel welcomed, made conversation. Check in was fast and easy as well as check out. I am in merced at least 4 times a month due to work i will be staying at this hotel from now on.
Very well kept and nicely renovated hotel in the historic center of this town. Rooms very very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a small, central nighborhood with a few restaurants nearby.
Nice little hotel with really kind and welcoming staff. Was the perfect place for an overnight to San . Breakfast was pretty good, and was nice to have it included in the price.
Room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel made some effort to accommodate a small breakfast area in the lobby and the food choices, while not extravagant were adequate.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable—often not the case with a bargain hotel— and the price was excellent. The room was clean and the location was good.
This hotel has a pool and spa we could us in addition to a yummy full breastfast with eggs and bacon. The room was very modern and the beds were comfortable.
