The airport shuttle worked perfectly, both coming and going. We also used the parking lot--great that it was safe, accessible, and free. The room was more spacious than I expected for NYC; the bed was very comfortable; the halls were clean and bright. Even though we were right off a parkway and near the airport, we did not hear any outside noise.

The shuttle service to and from the airport ensured a stress-free arrival and departure. The complimentary breakfast spread was impressive. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. The staff were incredibly friendly.

We had travel delays at JFK Airport and wanted a nearby, well-appointed hotel for our overnight stay. Super friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Shuttle service to JFK was available and convenient. The room felt huge after our week in Manhattan! The space had a small kitchen that we did not use, a love seat, and a decently sized desk/dresser. This would have been perfect for a long stay. Very nice and comfortable accommodations.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
For most travellers this is an 'airport' hotel and it provides from the needs of those travellers well. There is surce luggage storage and great lounge spaces you can relax in even after you have checked out. There is tea/coffee/chilled water available and computers/phone charging facilities.
A help yourself continental breakfast is provided - cereal/toast, muffins etc. It seems they used to provide snacks at all times but stopped during Covid.
the staff was amazing, 24/7 answer via WhatsApp, paid for the drive to and from the airport (each one 30 dollars or so), amazing breakfast, floating breakfast is free, dinner was amazing provided at the restaurant, amazing spa, amazing spa, amazing location for pick up for each tour, golf car to go from the hotel to the main road where the pick up and drop off available 24/7, love the hotel, big villa, amazing private pool, nice bathroom
We landed at midnight & promptly called the front desk to arrange a shuttle pickup. Directions given were so vague to a first time visitor that it took 2 hours before we met up with the shuttle, so 3 hours before we crawled into bed. There was an error with our booking that the night clerk tried to fix which made it much worse. The hotel is old tired & heavily used, so it is quite dirty & not as advertised, e.g. room carpet stinks.
It's a pretty nice small hotel. Pleasant staff, I like that airport transfer van is only for this hotel and no others and came pretty quickly. I also liked that there were two fast food restaurants right next to the hotel and Applebee's a short walk. We arrived before 10pm and it was great we could go and grab some food. Also the coffee and cake in the lobby in the morning was pretty good.
Good hotel for staying overnight when flying from JFK. Friendly and very helpful stuff, close to the JFK airport in a safe area, good shuttle service and clean quiet room. Less then average breakfast in the hotel for European standards, but lots of restaurants (mainly fast-food) around and few large shopping outlets. Would stay here again.
The good thing about this airport hotel is that it offers a shuttle from and to JFK. In the hotel's area are many shopping options and many restaurants. Connecting to Manhattan would be best using the shuttle to JFK and continuing from there with local transport.
Very convenient to JFK, especially with the free shuttle. Breakfast was a nice addition, just the basics, but it was nice. Perfect for a short overnight stay. And, free parking was a bonus! Rooms were perfectly fine and clean. Very simple hotel.
Absolutely lovely the idea of the shuttle (that I used only from the hotel to the airport and not viceversa). I had a night flight so getting to sleep in 30 min after landing was good. Bed comfortable, clean room.
The location was good, at least for my needs to get around Cedarhurst. There are plenty of shops nearby and also fast-food locations. The hotel is really quiet considering the proximity to JFK.
I didn't like anything about this hotel except for the fact that it was close to a Burger King so I could have a breakfast that wasn't infested with bread and low quality products.
