The owners were very kind. We had a 15 passenger van that they did not have much parking for. They found us a spot and kept a cone in it so no one else would park there.

We paid an upgraded price for a balcony room right on the ocean. We were given a balcony with a rooftop and peak a boo view of the ocean.
Our television only had one station
$45 charge for valet parking and they left my car unlocked in the alley most of the night.
I will not use Booking.com or recommend or go to this hotel ever again.

We enjoyed the laid back welcoming energy of the locals as well as other travelers.
Spring time was a better time for us to visit, seemed to be less busy!
We were impressed by the cleanliness' of the streets, parks and beaches as well as appreciated the free local trolley bus that took us back n forth between the south and north areas of Laguna Beach.
So many beautiful things to take in but overall we felt safe and relaxed which gave us a wonderful experience.
We will return to experience everything that we didn't have the time to!

Crowded on weekends, but one of the nicest beaches in the world. The town is being over-run with tourists and the arty vibe is suffering from this. We found the restaurants middling and very expensive. Really recommend visiting off season or during the week.

Felt very safe and there were so many interesting art galleries and eateries in town. Many people had to queue for at least half hour at Gelato Paradiso for the ice cream. We were lucky as there was no queue around 7pm.
We were travelling to Laguna Beach from Bannings. OMG, we were caught in many toll roads. Couldn't pay online as the system didn;t accept rental cars. Set your maps to non-toll roads if you want to avoid these.

We love Laguna beach’s which are stunning n the downtown is very nice with many restaurants n shops. We had breakfast at Moulins a French place which is excellent. We have frequented Laguna beach several times as we love it here. Many beautiful beaches. Heisler park is a very nice Park overlooking the water n have steps down to the coves. Laguna beach also has a free trolley which goes up the coast up to Dana point and into town. Great place!

A fun little beach town with so much to see and do!
A fun little beach town with so much to see and do! I only had one night there, but would love to go back. It's very walkable with lots of restaurants, shops and art galleries. The coast is diverse with plenty of sandy beaches and many rocky areas with tide pools as well.
This was the most affordable accommodations available near the ocean in Laguna Beach. Not fancy, but clean and exactly what we needed. You must get a room facing the ocean, or it will feel like a drab apartment complex. Five minute walk to beach. Free trolley comes by the hotel. Proprietor, Sal, was very kind and helpful. Good Starbucks coffee in the rooms and Sal is happy to give you as much as you need. They have a gas fireplace lounge area, but only allowed to enjoy a fire from 8-10pm and we were always away from the property at that time.
The property is as advertised, a quaint vila style beachfront boutique hotel. If you stay here, I recommend forking the extra dollars for the oceanfront. Waking out to nothing but blue waters and the sound of the waves was magical. Beautiful on the water view. I couldn’t get over it. I also liked the lower deck with loungers and that we were able to chill there watching the sunset with our own champagne. The fridge didn’t contain overpriced water - instead, space for you to bring your own stuff. Very appreciated!
I decided to take a trip to Laguna Beach on a whim, so I booked a last-minute hotel. The reviews and the photos of the Seaside, Laguna, Inn and suites looked beautiful, and they had a really great price so I decided to book a night here. I’m really glad I did because I loved the room that we stayed in, the location was really great and close to the water, and the staff was really friendly. I also loved the Parking was included.
Perfect location. A block from the beach and less than a quarter mile to downtown. We walked everywhere from the hotel. But understand that there is a reason the hotel rate is lower than anywhere else with the same location. The building is rundown, the walls and floors are thin and the bed is not comfortable. We were in town for a wedding so did not expect to spend much time there. It was a fine stay for our purposes.
The location was amazing and the fact that it was on its own private beach was absolutely stunning. The manager checking us in was so sweet and accommodating, you can tell he actually cares about the hotel. It included a parking spot and complimentary breakfast which we ate up on the patio and watched the ocean. It was really beautiful. Bed was super comfortable as well.
The rooms were recently updated and very nice. Our room was a good size with a clean room. The pool was clean and comfortable. The walk to beach was just across the street. The Laguna trolly stop was right in front of the hotel and there are a couple decent restaurants, a grocery and drug store within walking distance.
Laguna Beach Lodge was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The virtual check in process was seamless, the updates bedrooms were absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the lodge is in a great location. Will absolutely stay here again!
the view was on the water. Hotel rooms need upgrading. cracks and mold. Had to slam front door to shut closed. The price was too high for the room we were given. I appreciated the kindness and efforts made by Manny and Victoria at the Front Desk.
A beautiful boutique hotel immaculately designed with lovely rooms. The king Suite was brilliant and the lounge and roof top areas are perfect
Very quirky and eco conscious
Great location and offers valet parking staff are brilliant
Right on the ocean! Beautiful views and nice kept property with murals painted in hallways. The room was clean, bed was comfy, very nice. The staff was wonderful! Close to everything and the trolley stops right at the hotel. Fabulous stay!
The location is good, and the price was reasonable for what we got (we paid around $100 per night). The rooftop terrace and pool are the best part of the hotel. From the rooftop there is a good view of the beach from across the highway.
The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Manny went over and above to make sure my stay was amazing. He was so helpful, friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so much Manny, the hotel is lucky to have you!
The hotel has a wonderful staff and it is located in from of the ocean and a few minutes from the public beach. The pool is nice and the spa was also really nice. The restaurant has good food and we enjoyed the view.
Fantastic hotel and location. A bit on the expensive side but such a fantastic stay, it's worth it. Would definitely stay again. Bed was comfortable, view was amazing and facilities were good.
