I didn't get to use the pool. But other than that, my bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean and fresh. Rags and towels were clean and fluffy. Great stay overall. And my jacuzzi was nice. My boo and I enjoyed the relaxation.

I got a lot for what I paid. I was going to stay at a hotel I usually stay at, but this one was cheaper and just right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, so I thought I would try it out. I liked having a separate bedroom, and it was cool it had its own TV. Had a great view of Indianapolis. If I had stayed longer, I would have utilized the nice kitchen. The gym had a wide variety of equipment. There also was a pool that I would take advantage of if I stay there again. The breakfast bar had a lot more variety than I have experienced in other hotels.

Indianapolis is a rather quiet city.
Indianapolis is a rather quiet city. It doesn't have the hustle and bustle of a New York or Chicago. However they have a cultural area in the city with many attractions for tourists: museums, a zoo, parks, and a lovely canal on which you can rent a paddle boat or travel on a Venice-like gondola. It's a very sports-oriented city with little emphasis on classical art or music, or modern art for that matter. But I was only in Indianapolis for two days, so I may be missing a lot. I'd say it's worth visiting for a few days.

There wasn't one thing about Indianapolis that was good.
There wasn't one thing about Indianapolis that was good. The roads were terrible had to have work done on both of my vehicles because of the roads. The whole place is a ghetto. IU hospital is a mash unit except the nursing staff.

The hotel is centrally located in walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium (football) and the basketball arena. Also numerous quality restaurants in walking distance. Overnight parking at $45 per night was far too expensive. The view from our windows was of an active homeless encampment with participants. A slight wall would have blocked that view from hotel guests. Hotel personnel and staff were very personable and professional. Free Breakfast was good.

The Palladium was beautiful and we saw a great concert. also we enjoyed the German Christmas festival. We ate at "Bar Louie" and it was very good. All of the traffic circles in Carmel are a little tricky but serve the purpose. Traffic signage and street signs are very easy to see and helpful.

Traffic was busy, but moved along efficiently as streets were well marked. Stadium was awesome,as were the Colts! Lol The view from our window looked out over the river, very scenic, well maintained area. We may have explored the area had it not been raining.
Everything.. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They wanted you to be comfortable.
I booked this for my sister and her husband she had a meeting and needed to fly out her husband would stay at the hotel until he flight got back the next day, he told me the breakfast was amazing the staff was always nice and friendly the room was clean. I 100% recommended this facility and the 10 minutes trip to the airport makes it even better. Thank you for the amazing service.
I love the location, just across the Gainbridge fieldhouse, home of the Pacers. Also, the hotel is conveniently located in downtown area, walking distance to many restaurants and monument circle, and the Circle City mall is just next block where there is a skywalk to the convention center. The hotel room is big, it has kitchen and appliances needed for your stay. Breakfast is good, but it's the same for all the 6days I stayed in Hyatt house.
I've stayed here several times and I must say.... it's the best hotel on indys west side (if you're looking for cheap) the staff is super friendly and have worked with me before when I was a few dollars short! Rooms are remodeled and the housekeepers do a very good job. Only downfall if I had to pick would be the location. Yes you're within walking distance to gas stations, pharmacies and food but the area itself isn't the best
Outstanding hotel! The room was huge, and beautifully designed. The hotel itself is in a beautiful renovated Art Deco Coca-Cola bottling plant. There a wonderful details all around. In addition the location is fantastic being right next to a fun food hall. We would have changed our schedule to spend more time in Indianapolis had we known this place was so fun and cool! I will never call Indianapolis boring again!
This was a nice place to stay in Indianapolis. We checked in close to midnight and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a very nice view from our room. And the breakfast was nice and the coffee was very tasty. We used the valet parking because we were exhausted after a long day of driving and the valet staff were also super friendly and fast.
Fabulous historic building within walking distance of downtown Indianapolis. Danny was extremely helpful and shared the history of the house with me when I checked in!
There were snacks and drink available, which was a nice touch. The room was great, and the breakfast fabulous!
I was there for a football game, and I was able to leave my car there until after the game!
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices, clean, plenty of seating, family friendly. The evening dinner snack buffet with included drinks for adults was a nice surprise. After a long day of driving, and showing up with grouchy kids and tired grandparents, the swimming pool, complimentary snacks and drinks helped us relax into a fabulous Indianapolis trip.
I took a 3 day trip to Indy and picked this hotel for its close access to all the nearby restaurants and nightlife, and it was exactly what I expected! Everything was within walking distance and the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indianapolis!
The receptionist was nice and was trying to be helpful but had little knowledge of the surroundings
No breakfast provided
The room stank of urine, smoke and slight disinfectant
beds were worn out and springs pushing you in the back the bathroom was bad enough my wife nor I took showers until we got to the next hotel
The Tru is located close to the downtown area of Indianapolis, just a couple of hundrets of meters walk. The rooms were clean and comfy and had everything you need. You get 24/7 coffee and it has a small gym. Overall, it's a "cheaper" option to the high-class downtown hotels and still super close.
I was attending a three-day event at Lucas Oil Stadium and the hotel was very close. Despite the closure of I-70 through Indianapolis the route was a breeze to get there. This is the only positive thing about this hotel.
The property was centrally located in downtown Indianapolis, near many restaurants and places to see. The kitchen was very well detailed, and the coffee was really delicious. The layout of the apartment is great.
Beautifully renovated spacious & clean rooms, near airport. Staff specially the Manager very friendly. There is a great Mexican restaurant, Los Patios within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
Cosy appartment hotel with a nice little kitchen with the stuff you need for a nights stay. The room we had seemed a bit old, but in good shape. Cleanliness was good. Would recommend!
Breakfast wasn't actually present despite saying it should have been. The location was nice with being just outside of downtown Indianapolis with many things nearby.
The treatment was incredible, they were very kind and attentive, everything was very nice and clean. From now on this will be my place when I visit Indianapolis.
