The receptionist was incredibly accommodating! We initially had a reservation at another hotel, but unfortunately, they didn't honor our booking, and they were fully booked. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this hotel, and we're extremely grateful that we did. Our experience here was fantastic, especially since we were attending a concert at the stadium, which was conveniently within walking distance.
While breakfast wasn't included, the hotel boasts a restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff. The food was delicious and generously portioned. Our room was impressively spacious, featuring two king beds that were incredibly comfortable.

I did not see much of Glendale I only visited the Desert Diamond Arena
that was a very nice place and the surrounding area seemed upscale. There seemed to be plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues in the area I was in.

The room was not available. I have a receipt from another hotel for that date. I showed up but they informed me it was not available. You canceled me, I paid over $100 to Premier Inns in Tolleson, AZ. I can send you copy of portfolio. Refund my money. I am elderly and disabled

Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6.
Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6. City of Glendale looked a little tired. I was able to find a Golden Corral for dinner, which was fine. Downtown was kind of quaint, but the residential areas had seen better days. Motel 6 was also a little tired. It reminded me of a fortress.

The hotel is very convenient to the freeway and to shopping, including the outlet mall next door. There wasn't anything for us to enjoy in the entertainment district and our sporting events weren't at the football or hockey stadiums. Very convenient to Dodger/White Sox baseball games although their stadium parking was a nightmare.

This was the most run down, nasty place I have ever stayed.
This was the most run down, nasty place I have ever stayed. It was noisy with trains going by frequently, people talking loudly in the hallway, and doors slamming often. My brother and I did not feel safe there; it appeared to have drug trafficking goin on. People knocked on our door several times that night, we did not dare to answer. We had a relative pick us up and take us away as soon as they could get there in the very early morning. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

My son and i went for the Monster jam event, this hotel was walking distance to the stadium, walking distance to many different outlets, Across the street were many different restaurants to choose from and sports bars.
I think that the hotel is very nice, the breakfast was adequate, the room was very nice. We are tall so we appreciated the shower head being high enough to stand under it. Bed was high quality and it was quiet enough for sound sleep. The outdoors was very very nice. We particularly enjoyed the firepit! It was also nice that a mini golf putting green was available for adults and kids alike, NICE!!
The hotel overall was incredible. The staff was very welcoming. The lobby was super clean and organized. The included breakfast was perfect. Plenty of coffee and from my favorite, Lavazza. The market inside was stocked, clean and displayed perfectly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.
We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and location was very convenient for the reason we were there. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I felt like I was staying at the Hilton. For the price of the hotel, we managed to do more than anticipated. Very reasonably priced. The next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying again.
Hotel grounds, common area and room were immaculate. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room and bed were comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to the hockey game, with lots to see and do in the pedestrian entertainment district, a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast options were good.
Breakfast was normal it was tasteful. The location was excellent, surrounded by entertainment and stuff to do with or without family! Perfect hotel within walking distance from concert venues, shopping, dining, fast food and anything you need. Pool area is very nice, very convenient location
it was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly ! the reviews did not do this place justice. they didn’t rush us to leave or anything. they had coffee and tea in the room. overall just a great hotel!
I stayed at Aloft for the Taylor Swift concert weekend and it was perfect!!!! It was a short walk from State Farm Stadium and the room was so comfortable. I also loved the decor and vibe of the hotel.
The location of hotel was very convenient as everything (fast food, grocery, attractions, movie theaters concert arena) is within a 5 min drive from hotel! Even a Dennys and Culver’s right next door!
I arrived at the hotel very late but the reception desk was very warm to me. Even though I canceled my reservation for the next day. They still treated me with kindness. Very friendly!!!
Was very quiet and private, I felt safe with the private pass code to the main entrance and to my room.. I decided this will be my place to come to when I come to Glendale.
Nothing. I could not answer any of the questions because when I got there they told me they didn’t have a room for me. They directed me to the hotel across the way (Tru).
