We were burglarized in our hotel room while my husband was in the shower and I was out for a long evening walk. They stole every one of my husband's medications and our clothes' for the next day. My husband took his evening meds and never left the room until the next morning after the burglary.

This was a very disappointing stay.
This was a very disappointing stay. The room was filthy, there was something white and creamy on the wall behind the toilet (not even kidding!) I cleaned it with a towel and am telling myself it was hair gel so I don't gag. There was sticky brown residue all over the counter in front of the bed, hair in the sink and shower etc. The remote didn't work. Jaden was great in trying to sort that out! The only thing going for our stay was the customer service. We stay in tons of hotels for our hotshot trucking business. We won't stay in a La Quinta again. I will also be leaving this as a review where I can. You did not appear to be understaffed in the cleaning department so I would recommend a manager go and double check what you are paying for!

Casper is a fairly large city with lots of good restaurants.
Casper is a fairly large city with lots of good restaurants. It is easy to get around, and shopping is okay but the mall has lost many stores due to the Pandemic. It can get pretty windy so bring a jacket with you. Had supper at Old Chicago that was very good and breakfast at Eggingtons downtown that was delicious. Shopped at Sam’s club and Walmart so got food and paper goods.

The room was spacious with all amenities available.
The room was spacious with all amenities available. The room was quiet. The breakfast offered was the best we have experienced--the area was exceptionally clean and well designed for easy access to all areas. The food was really good. The receptionist answered all our questions about near-by facilities, and provided maps /guidance on getting around Casper. Very friendly. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Like I said they need to help people out a lot more than they do. Especially people with disabilities. They really need to have handicap bathrooms. It was very hard to use the bathroom. Because the toilet is so close to the ground.

No AC in room that we reserved.
No AC in room that we reserved. Nothing on Booking.com or this hotel site mentioned that most AC had been out for a month and half. We changed to a lesser room for its AC. We arrived mid-afternoon and then found out the AC was out. With a car rally and tourists bookings in the area, we could not change hotels.
I am filing for a refund of my charges because of lack of correct information was not available at the time of booking.
This is the only place we stay when we're in Casper. Awesome amenities and staff is down to earth and amazing. Last time we stayed our baby was only about 6 months old and really didn't do good. The staff were really caring and offered to help when my husband appeared down stairs around 2 in the morning trying to calm our baby down. We apologized the next morning and they assured us everything was ok of course we still felt pretty bad. We love Ramkota Hotel. Sweetest breakfast attendant ever.
We visited Casper to visit family for two days. On the second day, a blizzard hit Casper and we were stranded in the hotel for three more days as the roads were closed and no flights were going out.
The staff was exceptional!! They took such great care of us and provided us with extra lunch and snacks etc.
We felt very comfortable. THANK YOU!
Rooms are absolutely fine and clean
Location is also great in Casper (distance to airport and most stores).
The hotel renovation/remodel was completed a couple of months before our visit (Aug 2023) and it’s not recognisable from the old photos. Much nicer. There is a new Peloton in the gym, the lobby is light and welcoming, even the pool has had a glow up.
Friendly and helpful staff - sorted out an extra bed for our room within a few minutes.
The price and location was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Allowed us to have our puppy with us and they even loved on him. The room was big bathroom had 4 towels , 3 pillows per bed and everything worked. It was very pleasant to see most hotels charge way more and only offer 2 towels and 1 pillow per bed.
It was average hotel in a small town like that. The front desk staff was terrible. Not engaging, not interacting, not smiling, why choose hospitality as a career? The night gal did not knowledge us whatsoever or greet us when we came home from the concert that night. Cold front desk feels all around

This is a pet friendly hotel which is why we picked it - but it is definitely a PET hotel - we hadn't experienced this before staying at pet friendly places - it smells like a pet shop and generally did not feel clean.
This hotel is very convenient to Casper services such as restaurants, car repair (which was needed) and shopping. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Staff made good restaurant recommendations.
Liked the mini kitchen area, sink, utensils, etc. Fair sized room. Location was good for easy access to what we needed to get done. Area of location is a new development on the east side of Casper WY.
We have stayed here previously, so we knew it to be a pretty basic hotel. Breakfast selections limited. Common area pleasant, laundry bound to be appreciated by long-term guests.
Very clean & surprisingly quiet being close to the interstate. We stay in Casper twice a year for various reasons but had not stayed here before. We will come back:)
Affordable, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. You can tell the hotel is trying to provide a good experience on a stay here with the resources they have.
