Downtown Boulder City seemed inviting and cute. Unfortunately, we had such a busy rehearsal schedule that we did not have time to explore! We will go back, and plan some exploration time - but we will not stay at El Rancho Boulder Motel.

A lovely little town with charm.
A lovely little town with charm. It was clean, super easy to navigate and so very safe. It was a perfect location for things we wanted to do: see Hoover Dam, check out Lake Mead and do some hiking. This is a perfect city for a weekend get away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

Interesting small town.
Interesting small town. Plenty of amenties and different dining choices for such a small town. Would like to go again with my wife and spend a weekend! Had an easy time getting a place to eat and was well taken care of by all of the restaruants I visited. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the hospitality all around! Thought I was taking a chance booking an older structure but was pleasantly surprised by the buildings upkeep. All furnishings with exception of the bed were period pieces which added a fun element to our stay. Located in the historic district of Boulder City there were plenty of shopping and eateries for a weeks stay. We were very impressed with this hotel and will book and stay again just for fun to spend more time exploring the Boulder city area.ammosierra1United States of America

To be fair, the BW is one of the best options in the area because it is one of the only options in the area. I'm not sure there is another chain. Recent renovations were a plus (but see downside). Largely selected this hotel as a last stop after seeing the Dam and prior to flying out of LAS the next day. I did not want to stay in Las Vegas proper (lots of reasons not to) and found this convenient to the airport the next morning (maybe 20 minute drive).

The motel room was eclectic looking and you can tell that a lot of thought and care went into the rooms. Even though the building is vintage, the rooms are decorated/designed in a very eclectic taste with lovely furniture, modern bathrooms, and vintage style mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Motel staff were very nice and helpful. We would stay here again without any hesitation.
