Even though this is a private hotel and not a chain it is certainly something that will offer fabulous alternative for consistent cleanliness with excellent beds, lovely lobby and great breakfast alternatives with evening hot beverages and cookies available for free (example nice selection teas) There are lovely keurigs in the room for early morning use with very comfortable beds and excellent pillows. In the king room there is a nice couch for sitting and doing business work on as well as a business table. The bathrooms are well stocked with lovely thick towels. My main goal was being close to the airport with excellent shuttle system and they were fantastic about that. I use them continually for business and now will be using them as my go-to for all my Airport trips coming and going. The staff is very friendly and is able to help with any questions You may have. There is a Applebee's across the parking lot if you want to walk otherwise there are several excellent alternatives with doordash.

The kids had a blast in the pool and room was nice
Billings OK. My choice of hotel based on price ($95.00) because I was only there overnight. For the price, the hotel was marginal.
I think the staff was trying, but did not have training or equipment. I noticed the maid cart was virtually empty.

The room was good it had everything we needed, but right from the start we had problems, as soon as we arrived we parked on the side of the hotel near our room for ease of luggage handling, our room was a pet friendly room, we were downloading the bags from our car and there was a maintenance guy in the hallway and he immediately complained that our 3 month old puppy was scratching the door and that he was going to cause damage, we told him that we are just arriving "so give us a break". the next morning we left the hotel and we stopped at a gas station where we realize one of the license plates was missing and probably stolen during the night.

Billings is really a great town.
Billings is really a great town. It does have its share of crime, but given its size, it's not unexpected and if you pay attention to your surroundings, it is not hard to avoid. Don't leave valuables in your car and make sure you lock it up and you should be just fine. I lived there for 15 years and only recently moved away. I like to go back, especially in the summer time, there are a lot of things to do and see.

I fell in love with Billings and this pat of Montana.
I fell in love with Billings and this pat of Montana. Probably best time of year (September). Weather was perfect. Mid 50’s in morning and warm in afternoon. Small but with plenty to do. Especially if you love the outdoors!
I recently stayed at this hotel while on a road trip. I was very disappointed with my experience.
The price was much higher than I expected. The room was listed at $100 per night, but I was charged an additional $20 for my dog. This was not clearly stated on the hotel's website, and I had to ask the front desk about it.
The breakfast was also a disappointment. I was expecting a continental breakfast, but I was only given a muffin and a cup of coffee from a thermos.
Staff was exceptional. The front desk and the valets deserve so much praise. All were warm, helpful, and welcoming. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Guests' bathrobes are an extra nice touch. Location is great right in the heart of Billings. I was in town for a doctors visit at Billings Clinic, and they made sure I was taken to and picked up on time as well as taken to the airport. I will be staying again in a few weeks and look forward to it.
have stayed here numeours times and never had a bad visit. it is great value for money, convenient and the staff attentive and a great pool and spa. the gym has been under renovations for some time so hasnt been available. take pets no charge. great stay close to freeway and shopping. costco just over the underpass cracker barrel next door so convenient for meals. would recommend. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 0600 to 1000
We were greeted by the most happy, helpful person I think he was called Joel throughout our American road trip staying in over 10 hotels. Chatted very bubbly gave us loads of stories and information about places on our onward journey. Excellent touch having the laundry facilities giving us soap powder to do our washing. Best staff we had met.
This was the 1st stay that I loved everything about it. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was amazing for my 4 year old. The room was the best. We loves the hide a bed. As soon as I layed down I was out like a light and that never happens. This hotel is our go to from now on!
Some staff were nice, others, not so much. Prices were way over priced during weekend. $760 and that's online prices.. $844 at front desk, for 3 nights here. Double Tree and the Northern Hotel were $500 and something.. was comfortable but damn. Gotta go..
First time staying in Billings Mt. we enjoyed our stay at the Boothill Inn, was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tubs and pool while we were there. They also had free ice cream in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. Close to many locations.
They should reopen their restaurant. Very nice people running the hotel. There needs to be a better security in place to feel safer. Bad location of Billings to have a nostalgic hotel. Too many homeless people wandering in and out
This was an unplanned stay for us as our RV broke down on the road. A Pet friendly hotel was a plus for us. The room was adequately comfortable. Made to order breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Staff was great!! Room was clean and quiet. I rate this as the best hotel experience of all of my stays in Billings. I will definitely be staying at Extended Stay Suites in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
From the great staff to the wonderful room this has become our favorite place to stay in Billings. The rooms are very clean and are able to accommodate our daughter and her wheelchair. Very much worth every penny.
Friendly, clean, great deal, free breakfast very nice indoor pool and spa area! This is by far the best hotel for the price I paid ever! I would definitely come back!
We have always liked this hotel in downtown Billings. Great location in the center of activity, and it has a kind of "big city" feel. Comfortable rooms.
