I have booked a room here several times - it is a basic room for sleeping. No frills. The beds are comfortable enough. The rooms are quiet enough. Linens and sheets are always clean. Floor and counters are usually clean. I would not want to do anything but sleep in the room, but it was a good price and good location for what I needed.

It was nice walking distance to bus stops and a nice walk to downtown Roseville. Nice breakfast in the morning. Bed was comfortable, room was the perfect size.

The property is set in an old style airbase quarters. The rooms were clean but it’s like a glamorized motel room. The AC is so noisy and there was nothing provided in the kitchen you have to call the front desk & they bring you a plastic box with plates/dishes/cups/bowls/pots/some silverware but not pot to make the coffee in the coffee maker!!
