We were greeted by the wonderful host who explained everything we needed to know about the property and the many hiking options in the area. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing on our balcony after dinner and enjoying the wonderful views of the mountains. We enjoyed having our breakfast in their beautiful sun room. There were many delicious options including freshly prepared eggs as you would like them. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location near the lake is fantastic, offering beautiful views and easy access to water activities. The staff were very polite and attentive, making my stay comfortable. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, though it's clear that it was probably in its prime years ago and now feels a bit outdated. Nonetheless, it remains a charming place to stay.

The rooms are cosy, clean and comfy. Our two rooms had balconies with views of the mountains and lake. There was plentiful hot water. Breakfasts were excellent, with a good choice of food, including freshly baked strudel and cakes, and on some days, pancakes. Staff were friendly , helpful, and offered a very warm welcome. The pension is located on the way to the Savice waterfall, and it’s less than a ten minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to the other end of Bohinj and beyond. There’s a restaurant within ten minutes’ walk, but opening times are a bit erratic. Better (if like us you don’t have a car) is to sample the excellent pizzas, salads, and grills at the campsite 15-20 minutes walk away.
