Location close to the fortified chruch was superb and within a 10 minute walking distance, as was a good restaurant.
Ana is a great hostess and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and eaten on a veranda looking over to the church. A wonderful view.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the breakfast experience quite disappointing. Not only was the selection very limited, but I felt like I was constantly being watched. It was as if they were worried I might take an extra slice of bread.
I was in a rush and wanted to take my tea with me in a thermos, but an employee appeared out of nowhere to tell me that wasn't allowed—I had to drink it on-site. It felt like there was a "tea police" watching over me.
Overall, the hotel’s strict approach to a very basic breakfast made the experience far less enjoyable. If you need a flexible morning routine, this might not be the best place to stay.

Spent a couple of days here, the main attraction is the fortified church. It's a very small place so don't expect lots of facilities, there's a couple of shops, some bar cafes and the large Unglerus Restaurant which does some great value meals.
