Hotel is clean and welcoming. Close to Venezia Mestre station. Receptionist provided a kettle, cups and milk for these tea drinkers. We only needed a room for one night between journeys and Lugano Torretta provided a comfortable, convenient stay. Included breakfast had good range of choices.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quite urban locality and yet still within a short walking distance to the Train /Bus stations; with a good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Our room and the place in general was kept impeccable clean.

Hotel was close to public transport and in a quiet residential area.
The staff made our stay amazing. The lady on reception from Moldova greet us every day with smile in the morning and on first day let us change the groundfloor room on arrival for room at first floor. The gentleman from Bangladesh saved our nights providing better pillows and both of them were really polite, attentive and friendly.
Room cleaned every day with new towels and toiletries.
Small fridge available in the room. Coffee machine available at the reception.
Situated within one of the most characteristic Venetian villas of Marghera, this elegant hotel is found in the centre of one of the most enchanting areas of Venice, City Garden.

The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. They are always available, and made us understand the way of transportation, etc. I felt that the hotel building was an old residential home with a small garden in front. The location is quite good, near to Venice Mestre Rail station, also Central bus station. Venice is also well connected via bus and the bus stop is in 3-4 minutes walkable distance.

Situated within one of the most characteristic Venetian villas of Marghera, this elegant hotel is found in the centre of one of the most enchanting areas of Venice, City Garden.
the room looked like a fairy tale beauty and the beast :)
The management was very accommodating. They gave us space to snack and visit with our friends and provided us with water. We were blessed and appreciative, especially since we didn’t feel up to going out.
Also, in the morning, the croissants were freshly made for us and the chef was willing to bake another for me if I had the time to wait.
Also, one in our group was ill and the management allowed her to stay longer while the rest of us toured.
VERY accommodating!!!!!!

Close enough to Venice, and decent and reasonably priced restaurants. Almost nothing to do or see, it can be a drag to have to commute to Venice. Not recommended for couples, maybe more a place for families or bigger groups to save some money over staying in Venice.

Quiet residential neighborhood not at all far from central Venice. One bus will take you to one of the main transit hubs and you can walk to all the canals from there. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere that's less touristy and more affordable if you're not afraid of figuring out public transit in an unfamiliar city.

A very practical place for a short stay to visit Venice. Cheaper than Venice hotels and very easy to go to Venice - short and cheap trip by train or bus. Nothing particuraly interesting in Marghera itself.

Very convenient for Venice if staying on the island is too expensive. Trains take you to the centre and seem to be every ten minutes well into the night so you can fully experience the wonders. Marghera has bars and shops too for an early morning coffee. Quieter than Venice too.

Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice.
Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice. Our target was to visit Venice with family, and Marghera was a good choice to have a rest after a long day :) The public transport was really great, only 15 minutes to Venice. There are nice, cheap restaurants in Marghera and lovely coffee shops as well. Liked to stay here.
We reached pretty late at 11.30 PM and the host kindly was waiting for us. Very easy check in and cordial staff. The check in person is very gentle and helpful. The room comes with two water bottles and has air conditioning, hair dryer, and all amenities. You can ask during check in for a water heater/kettle. They also provide cups, glasses, plates, cutlery if you ask during check in. There is a bus stop called Trieste Eraclea right outside the hotel from where bus 6 takes you to Venice Piazzale Roma. Going to the airport is easy too.
Everything was perfect. 10 min walking distance from Mestre train station from which olyou can get to Venice in another 10 minutes. Private parking. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is kind of hard to beat breakfast quality in Italy, as it is very good very much everywhere. But here it was a level up with many local specialties and very good presentation by Emilia the host. Emilia was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. If we are back to Venice, would book this B&B again without hesitstion.
For the cost i paid the room was decent for a night or two.
To use the public transport we had a walk for 1.6kms (~20mins) which connected to the Venice Island and other attractions. Nearest Bus stop is "Marghera Cimitero" - take 81F to Venice after a walk of 20mins.
If you have heavy luggage - just plan ahead, its hard to pull the trolley bag around.
Restaurant is decent - we had pizza (though the prices are higher side) but there are restaurants nearby which had awesome food.
The staff was super nice. I had to leave at 6:00 am and a staff member turned on the coffee machine early for me so that I could have some before I left. The bus into Venice is a two-minute walk from the hotel and takes about 10 minutes. It is incredibly convenient. There’s not much around the hotel itself, but who needs anything else, besides the bus into Venice? The breakfast was good; I just had the yogurt mixed with cereal. They gave me soy milk for my daughter who’s a vegan.
Fantastic place very conveniently located next door to the Mestre train station, which is a 10 minute ride away from Venice. Room was big, clean and stylish, with all the necessary amenities. Had absolutely amazing local tips from the staff, and the breakfast included was very nice. When we go back to Venice, I would love to stay here again! Thank you to the lovely hotel staff for being so welcoming.
It was clean, the staff are so kind and friendly, they always trying to help if you ask.
The room was good, the breakfast also good and more than expected for 3 stars hotel (I hope they'll considered the option of HALAL food soon).
The location is pretty much convenient, safe, quiet and access-able , its 2 min walk from the bus station to go to Venice.
Very good price and quality ratio- hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and in farely good location (bus stop not too far away). Prices per night much better compared to Venice (and there are very good and fast connections to Venice). Breakfast fairly good, although lacks some seasoning and taste.
We have stayed here several times. The hotel is in a great location for getting into and out of Venice. A bus from Piazzale Roma will get you close to the hotel in under 15 minutes. It is very comfortable, and the owners are always very welcoming and accommodating.
The place was a significant jump in quality over the place I had just been staying in. I am so glad I moved. The staff at Hotel Vienna are very friendly, the place is clean and quiet, and it isn't far from Venice (a short bus ride).
Nice new hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Plenty of choice with the buffet breakfast but a bit more limited with the evening menu. The rooms were clean and quiet.
Bus links to Venice were great.
The front desk staff was kind enough to give me directions to the bus stop on the way to Venice. The room was perfect. The hotel cat was cute. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Venice.
The hotel location is actually quite good as the bus stop is just round the corner and takes about 20 mins to get to Venice centre.
Very friendly staff and so helpful.
The room was very clean.
close by to maestre train station, need to enter the train station and cross the underpass to the other side to reach the hotel. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was ok.
Very nice staff, good location for visit Venice (bus stop 3 min walk from hotel, you could buy bus ticket in hotel on reception, trip takes 15 min to Venice).
