Location was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were brilliant with our dog, Duke. He received a wonderful welcome pack with a ball, biscuits and doggy poo bags. There were also bowls for him to use and a bed for him too. The rooms were large and well equipped. The hotel was welcoming, clean and airy. It had a spa that we wished we could have used.
