My top priority was cleanliness and it certainly met my expectations.
The owner and his daughter were lovely so accommodating and the continental breakfast was adequate, will definitely stay there again if passing through.

Staying on Poole Quay was great.
Staying on Poole Quay was great. A lovely stroll along the waterfront with views to Brownsea Island. You can take a boat trip around the Harbour, alighting at Brownsea as one of the destinations. Poole Quay has cafes, bars, good restaurants, very good fish and chips from a quayside hut. It's a short stroll to Poole Old Town with its shops and further along to main Poole Shopping Centre. Very good local transport links to Bournemouth and suburbs. Infact easy to get anywhere like Swanage, Weymouth, Salisbury etc.

It’s a lovely location.
It’s a lovely location. Lots of really nice places to eat out and plenty of good shops. We didn’t venture too far away, but I would definitely recommend a trip to Brownsea Island. We also visited Sandbanks, Wareham and Corfe Castle, all very close by.

We looked around the harbour and went on a boat trip of the harm=bour and sandbanks which was very interesting. We were due to go the the speedway but this was cancelled due to the weather which was disappointing but the speedway was really easy to find and there looked like there would be ample parking. We also spent time in Bournemouth.
We ate at the Quay café where we had breakfast it was fab
The overall feel of this B&B was that it just seemed to be a home from home and Christina and Martyn couldn’t have been more welcoming. The breakfast was excellent ++ and Apps B&B is certainly the place to stay if you are in Poole. Christina apologized for the sound of the very heavy rain on the roof of our family room but I thought this proved to be a very relaxing experience and should be used as a selling point.
Great location in sandbanks, Poole. Right on the beach and you can go from the warm outdoor pool and hot jacuzzi, out on to the beach via the Gate, poolside. You have a view of the sea from the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, not many hotels can boast that. Breakfast included in room and was good quality. Stylish hotel and modern decor in restaurant. Friendly hotel receptionists and pool staff.
Chezza is lovely. So helpful. Room had everything I needed. I didn't expect a hotel experience at the price so was very happy with the place. Lovely quiet area and central to both Poole and Bournemouth. It is not bed and breakfest, so dont expect one. The price reflects this, and I was happy with that. I would use it again
Lovely caravan. Everything you need for a great stay. Very clean, comfy beds and excellent location. Plenty of room for our family of four. Brilliant communication with the owners.
Well looked after caravan. We'd recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Poole and we'll book again next time we are in the area.
We ate one night in the restaurant which was fabulous. much better than expected. Although the hotel is old, it was very clean and comfortable with evidence of ongoing expenditure with new carpets and soft furnishings. The staff were very helpful, you knew immediately upon entering that you were in a better quality hotel.
We had a very friendly welcome, our rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and our breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was right by the quay with beautiful views. Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely return when next in Poole.
The house was very comfortable, very clean and well thought out. Wendy was an excellent host. Breakfast was good and Jacuzzi lovely having walked the Dorset costal footpath. Would highly recommend for walkers or those visiting Poole. A really lovely home from home.
our room 105 was comfortable with a lovely view looking out over Poole harbour. Hotel had a nice airy dining room/restaurant where my wife and I enjoyed an excellent well presented breakfast...all staff were welcoming and friendly.
The meals at the hotel were excellent, generous portions and very tasty. The hotel location was on a bus route with a speedy service to Poole centre and Bournemouth. The staff were excellent, polite, professional and efficient.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, including the bathroom, with really good quality towels. Wifi was great. It was exceptionally clean. The location was very convenient and easy to get into the centre of Poole.
Superb breakfast with lots of choice. Excellent room and facilities. Ideal location. Friendly and efficient staff. Overall has to be recommended as a hotel choice in Poole.
This is little gem of a Hotel , walking distance to Poole, view across Poole quay was lovely staff very friendly breakfast yummy, defiantly would stay again
