Sijainti oli P&J Live Areenan lähellä ja lentokenttäbussin matkan varrella. Huoneet olivat halpoja ja hotellissa oli ravintola/pub, josta sai hyvää ruokaa. Aamupalalla oli tarjolla runsas English breakfast, josta sai varmasti vatsan täyteen. Huoneet olivat tilavia ja sopisivat varmasti hyvin isompien perheiden majoittamiseen. Lisäksi huoneessa oli mahdollisuus keittää itse teetä. Kylpyhuoneet oli kaiketi remontoitu hiljattain, sillä ne olivat huoneen hintaan nähden kohtuullisen siistit.
