The location is ideal for the rail station. We arrived by bicycle and it only took around 5 mins to ride. The hotel is quiet despite being by a busy road. Its in a nice setting, near a lovely park/lake and an excellent Chinese restaurant. The bedroom was spacious, bed super comfy, shower was great, and we both very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We didn't make use of the gym etc, though we did with the tennis table, and the badminton museum was also quite interesting. We will definitely stay here again if we come to MK, or even to London, as the train journey is very easy to Euston.

Lovely environment to just chill out, both inside and out, especially outside where one could sit in the sunshine on comfortable seating. Bar staff (Virginia) very friendly and lovely to talk to. Very impressed with her communication skills.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff. I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday prior to our arrival and preferred a room on the highest floor. The staff acknowledged my note on the booking straight away. On arrival we were met by the same hospitality and friendly faces. The lady checking us in (I think it was Lauren) was so kind and gave us a complimentary room upgrade and drinks voucher for our celebration. The room was spacious and there were small complementaries there too which were appreciated. The room was clean and well kept. The facilities in the hotel were also great!

Whilst we didn’t visit the immediate location, it’s very handy for visiting areas around. A Bletchley Park visit was our main
reason for staying in this area (only 10 minutes away). We also visited the National Trust gardens at Stowe (30 minutes).
For those liking large pub-grub meals, the Hungry Horse at Furzton Lake is the place.

The Happy Eater co-located nearby with the Premier Inn (also on the lake) provides good value meals.
The lake (although man-made) is well naturalised & is great for waterfowl!
NB: Difficult to locate without a Sat Nav - the whole of Milton Keynes is totally confusing!
