I was initially allocated Room 303 which was terrible. Very gloomy, opaqued windows, no view, no air con, very airless and an electrrical box that kept making clicking and whirring noises all night and a bathroom in need of a major makeover. On complaining I was told there was no other room available until the next day. I was moved then to a much nicer room but do not believe room 303 should have been in use at all. I was more than annoyed as the reservation had been made more than 2 months earlier

Location was excellent for the coast & local area. House was welcoming, clean & tidy. Good check in/check out times & we were contacted to say the property was ready slightly earlier. We hope to stay again in the future.
