Booking.com sendte (automatiske) meldinger hvor de bekreftet at bookingen var ok og at Bear Inn så frem til å ta i mot oss. Dagen etter kom meldingen om at jeg hadde overnattet hos Bear Inn - og spørsmål om hvordan oppholdet hadde vært. Jeg har skrevet til Booking.com og bedt om å få tilbakebetalt pengene. Har ikke hørt fra dem ennå.
