Staff were extremely welcoming, breakfast options catered to dietary restrictions and request. We was absolutely spoiled, fresh coffee and so much to choose from as a vegan and vegetarian. Room and bathroom were exceptional size and cleanliness. Would stay again without hesitation.

Breakfast was very good. Decor of main house was very good, a bit dark & gloomy though. Staffing issues. Owners seemed to lack interest. The lady that was possibly the main cook was very friendly but had a very scruffy appearance & smelt heavily of cigarettes. A beautiful property, but not run efficiently. Signage was very poor & the owner agreed that Sat Nav instructions were very unclear. The Hotel should give prior warning of this & give specific directions.

Everything easy and perfect from start to finish. Lovely communication and super easy check in and parking! Lovely clean place, very well thought out, lovely and generous touches like shower gel, shampoo, milk, fresh bread, cereal… jam, butter, yoghurt.. fridge,
Microwave, tons of crockery. Everything has clear instructions, even a guest book. The views of the fields and open skies, wonderful. Woke to cuckoos and the dawn chorus, dreamy. Homely, practical and very welcoming. Thank you. Looking forward to next stay.

The bedroom and bathroom were the biggest and the best we have stayed in and was so comfortable. Only 10 minute drive from southwold pier so great location. The breakfast was delicious and we had their sunday roast which was also yummy. We couldn't fault this hotel, everything great.

Kirsty was the most helpful and welcoming host to their beautiful B&B - one of the best places we have stayed. Breakfasts are delicious, honey from the garden and local produce - our room was very well thought-out, quiet and great style - we will definitely come back and stay another time.

This is a charming property full of character features, but also extremely well equipped with all mod cons. The bedrooms were huge and the beds extremely comfortable. It has 2 bathrooms and a comfy lounge complete with games plus loads of space for our family of 5. Exceptional value too!

Very comfortable and well equipped. Just right for two of us for a couple of nights.
Halesworth is a fantastic town. Steeped in history, some properties are 800 years old. Ancient House cafe lovely. Explore on foot. Very dog friendly, we don't own one, but cuddled lots. Angel and White Hart do great food. Explore laneways and side streets, ghosts a many too!

We ate mainly at the property.
Traveling around was easy and fuel was a good price.

We didn't actually visit Halesworth, we only really drove through it and of course it was the location of our chosen accomodaation - CORNER FARM (which we highly recommend!)
Suffolk is a lovely county. The countryside is amazing and within just a few miles, there are lots of restaurants (booking essential) places to visit, with the coast of Southwold approx 15 miles away. The country roads are narrow and unlit, but traffic is light.

Great town in the middle of Suffolk, 30-40 mins by car to other main cities; great outdoor activities (walks/hikes) and great natural environment. Definitely recommended for those who are looking for an escape into one of the most beautiful English countrysides.

The location and parking were good.
The location and parking were good. The property was clean and reasonably comfortable although only one twin sofa and one armchair.
Only one saucepan and no lid for it. I would have expected at least two saucepans.
Check in at 5pm rather late.
I was surprised that we were required to empty the bins and strip the beds prior to departure. I had assumed that a cleaning charge is factored into the price.
Lovely quiet area around 15 min drive to halesworth.. which is fine. pub close by

Fantastic location for trips to the nearby coast and situated in this quirky market town of Halesworth. We got a wonderful reception from amazing staff with great food and incredible breakfasts. The quintessential boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and attention to detail. A hidden gem worth searching out.
Host was super friendly and provided a lot of info and suggestions on things to do around the area. Facilities were kept at the highest standard, similar or superior to a 5 start hotel. Location was great with many footpaths/walks close by. Definitely recommend it!
Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean well kept and comfy rooms. Breakfast was excellent, continental style but see later. Also very quiet location near to Halesworth a nice little town with nice shops and places to eat. Lovely garden.
The breakfast was excellent, locally sourced ingredients.
Careful consideration was given to guests needs.
The evening meal was exceptional, delicious!
The location was perfect for my visit to The Cut, art centre in Halesworth.
Made to feel really welcome. Had a good chat over breakfast. Made me a fantastic takeaway brunch too. Plenty of safe parking around the hotel. Loads of goodies in the fridge!
Quiet and lovely setting 10mins away from Halesworth in the Suffolk countryside.
Excellent and plentiful homemade breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful hosts.
