Check in was straight forward and worked well. The room was lovely, as was the group lounge. The breakfast was excellent and the member of staff we met was very helpful. A lovely and quirky cafe/ shop.

Fantastic stay. Really good location for exploring Devon. The property is lovely and the setting is stunning. We can't fault anything. Kim and Tim were wonderful hosts and we would definitely return when in the area again. Best B&B we have stayed in by far. And our Mini loved the lanes...😉

This is an idyllic situation - our room looked out over rolling countryside, and we had received a warm welcome from Angela when we arrived.
The bathroom was a little cramped, but everything else was great, including the breakfast, just before we had to leave.
Highly recommended.
