Staff where excellent, room was in a great location and very spacious and clean. Breakfast was standard for help yourself hotels tbh. Could have been warmer but there was a microwave available. Location was about 20 mins walk from beach downhill, a €5 taxi ride coming back.

We have just returned from a 5 day stay at Casa Juan, and had a wonderful time. The apartment is located in the hills above Puerto de Mogán and easy to reach in 5 mins on the 84 bus from station which stops right at the door. Costs 1.40 euros. The private garden is just lovely, and Juan has clearly put a lot of thought and heart into it. The living area is all in one room with shower and bathroom the only other room. We found everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Apartment is right next to road, but this didn't bother us at all. Access to the port and bus station was easy, and we travelled to Maspalomas, Puerto Rico and Playa de Amadores from there cheaply. Bus from Las Palmas Direct 91 costs 6.80 euros. Don't expect anything fancy at the price owner is asking for as is very reasonable! Puerto de Mogán is gorgeous, but expensive to stay, so we were extremely happy in this delightful, quirky little apartment. We arrived very late and left very early so didn't meet you Juan, but if you read this we want to say a big thank you for the welcoming fruit, beer, wine and water. It was so kind. We loved our stay at Casa Juan xxx

One of the best apartments I ever stayed in. The building inside and out is like new with its cleanliness and freshness which makes it stand out from other hotels. The architects and interior designers did an excellent job from the logical floor plan to the last piece of sign on the wall.
The staff was super friendly, helpful and patient with all of our and other annoying kids. :) Even if we ordered the same delicious food every dinner, the dishes were served with different style everytime.
The big heated swimming pool was just the icing on the cake.
We were a bit worried about the isolated location, but with a car it turned out that it wasn't an issue at all and the amazing rocky hill view made up for everything.

So pretty lots of nice touches. I would’ve liked to find a little bit of milk in the fridge but you recommended us a really good place of the road which was fabulous for lunch so I can’t complain about anything. He was an exceptional host. The Jacuzzi wouldn’t work, but that was just my bad luck and it was very much a last-minute booking so he didn’t have the chance to heat it up for us, but knowing the gentleman I’m sure he would’ve done he was super nice super accommodating and the place was super cute you wouldn’t know it was there And then there you are in the mountains completely private I walked around naked it was great
