The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable and it came with an iron and ironing board already in the wardrobe (so no need to be calling reception for one to be delivered to the room) and bottled water each day.

The hotel was next to the train station, which was very convenient for the purpose of an overnight stay. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Food and drinks were well priced and good quality. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel, outside the center but with good metro connection and several facilities in the area. The room was comfortable for a family of three. The breakfast was big with lots of options. I used the spa and the facility was clean and nice. The hotel also has restaurant and coffee place, both with tasty options. Unfortunately the roof restaurant was not open and was too cold to use the pool although it looked fantastic. We used the room service for dinner and it was delicious and nicely served.
