Breakfast very complete and they addapt their scheduling to our needs (they opened the restaurant before the standard time because we were leaving early in the morning). We had a problem with the car and they managed to find a taxi to go to our final destination.

Historic hotel in a quaint mountain town. Loved the scenery and ease of check in. We booked for the purpose of attending the San Fermin festival which was only a short drive away. Would book again!

Breakfast was only adequate. The bed was comfortable but the single (long) pillow was not. A bit noisy but that was to bit expected as the room's balcony (which was a nice touch) was over the street between the two hotel buildings.

Beautiful entrance, great service, very welcoming, couldn’t do enough for us and the dogs. Opened Saloon just for us to eat with dogs. Lovely room, spacious, great choice of breakfast in morning. Great secure dog area at the back of hotel, although a little overgrown. Would definitely stay again

Spacious room with high ceiling, very friendly hostess who speaks English well, great location for us, good common areas and patio. Quiet for good sleeping on large and comfy mattress. On a small river, nice green space for a short walk. The hotel was once a wheat mill, and the lower level offers a fascinating glimpse of the past with the milling equipment in tact. We stayed on a Sunday night and thus few options for dining in Arbizu- however there is a very good cafe one mile away in Lakuntza that was open, Tximonena Jatetxea, where we had the best burgers in Spain and fantastic Navarro wine.

Nice views and proximity to trails. The owners put much effort into details of the hotel and helped advise us on activities nearby and alternates due to weather changes. The dining was good and service was very attentive.
