The rooms were clean, spacious and well-decorated. We were offered a free upgrade from a queen suite to another suite that had a balcony. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough to help guests - for example, a very kind gentleman on reception helped us to find a nail salon, called the salon and then prepared a list of prices. The same gentleman also made a list of destinations to visit and instructed us on using the metro/subway.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Both times the staff were excellent. The restaurant food is very good, and the beer & drink prices are very reasonable for a hotel. Nice renovated reception area. Also, the location…half way between the Giza Pyramids & city center.
