Rose, Ida & Juga were outstanding receptionists. They were so,so accommodating & friendly. Tina & housekeeping were excellent as were the two ladies at breakfast. We loved everything about Guilin Bonjour Boutique! Both Maggie and Helen were absolutely lovely and they were super helpful for our short stay. The room itself was so clean, so comfortable and it was everything we needed and more. The location of the hotel is in a little village called Lujiacun and into the ‘city centre’ where some attractions are - it’s a quick 15-20 minute DiDi. So many great food options in Guilin. It was so nice to come back to peace and quiet after an evening out for dinner. Amazing service and both Maggie and Helen made us an early breakfast before our cruise down to Yangshuo. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and we loved our stay.
