Common Self serve Breakfast counter( Cereal, milk, toaster, microwave etc ), small Common Kitchen ( fridge, oven, sink, utensils) is very handy. Varities of cereal. Plus Woolies in very close proximity. Many takeaways close by. Washing machine, dryer available ( Coin payment self service). Self check in. We were given codes for entrance, just an hour before check in time.

Location was exceptional: right next to the waterfront and just a short walk (5 minutes) to Salamanca and Hobart CBD. Plenty of dining and coffee options are nearby.
Room was spacious and very comfortable, more like a small mezzanine apartment with separate kitchen area.
Artwork throughout the hotel provided a great vibe and lent a unique character to the hotel.

This place was brilliant. Ample space for parking. Staff lovely and attentive. Rooms really quiet and spacious (room 4). Such a lovely old building that has been restored to such a high standard. I highly recommend this place.
