The employees all were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms, pool area, restaurant and entire resort are first class and lovingly maintained. We had a super nice, large and well-kept room with a fantastic view of the surrounding green rice terraces. simply breathtaking!! My husband caught a cold in Hanoi before we arrived and he was well looked after with tea and medication so that he was regenerated again within a day. THANK YOU!! ♡ The culinary service was also first class. The food is extremely tasty and super fresh and we liked it so much that we ate there every day and didn't try any other restaurants. A big thank you to the team at Puluong Luna Resort, especially to Mrs Anh and Ms Khuya. THANK YOU SO MUCH ♡ for this unforgettable, wonderful and perfect stay!!
