Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

Everything was as promised and local beach was peaceful and clean. We loved everything about this place and its surroundings. Great place for both one night stayover or for longer holiday.

Camp Caroli Hobbit Hut se encuentra en Jukkasjärvi, a 21 km de Kiruna Bus Station, a 21 km de Esrange Space Center y a 24 km de LKAB Visitor Centre. Hobbit Hut is a romantic place, small but we got what we expected. Ideal for one or two nights to watch Northern lights. We were lucky and first night we had spectacular view on sky full of stars, half moon and Northern lights. Thanks to Stefan and Jonathan we had beautiful stay full of activities on snow. Wish to come back.

Last night's stay at the enchanting cabin in Jokkmokk, Sweden, surpassed all my expectations and left me in awe of Lapland's winter beauty. Nestled on the edge of a serene lake and embraced by dense forests, the location of the cabin offered breathtaking views that seemed straight out of a fairy tale. The hut's position on a gentle slope provided an unparalleled vantage point from its balcony, where the surrounding landscape, blanketed in a thick layer of snow, sparkled under the winter sky. The charm of the cabin was further accentuated by its construction. Built by a carpenter, the hut exudes a cozy, handmade feel that instantly makes you feel at ease. Its wooden walls and rustic interior create a warm, inviting atmosphere that's perfect for a winter escape. Equipped with a kitchen, bedroom, fireplace, and dining area, the hut offers all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Although it lacks modern conveniences like a shower and running water, this was clearly communicated in the accommodation details, and honestly, it only added to the authentic experience. The separate dry toilet building is a small price to pay for such an idyllic setting. What truly sets this place apart is the impeccable maintenance and cleanliness. Everything, from the functioning amenities to the fresh-smelling linen, was in perfect order, ensuring a hassle-free stay. However, the highlight of our stay was the hospitality shown by our host, Elke. Going above and beyond, Elke provided us with fresh water, delicious breakfasts, and dinners, and even made sure our fireplace was lit for a cozy evening. Her attentiveness and dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. In summary, our night in the cabin was nothing short of fantastic.

It is in a fabulous location in the middle of a wood and almost next to the river, with the property actually going until the river and a little pathway leading to it with private river access. The cabin was very cozy. Most importantly, the host was super nice and welcoming. We truly felt at home.

Both Joakim and Marten are very nice and at hand for any support. The sauna was the cherry on the cake and a great experience to heat it yourself, get warm water for showering from it etc.
