We had a very large room with everything you need for a lovely stay. The highlight, however, were the incredibly valuable tips and advice from Judy and her husband. We have travelled a lot, but we have never received such personal (and handwritten) advice and tips for our trip. We can unreservedly recommend a stay there!

This accommodation is superb in every way, very spacious, lovely furniture, comfortable bed, good bathroom and fabulous view. Well maintained outside area, with deck, table and chairs etc, free on-site parking and excellent WiFi. It is very close to the estuary, the ocean beach and close to the local Mangawhai Heads shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Endless Summer Lodge offers idyllic beachfront accommodation in a historic 1870s villa. Guests can relax in the hammocks, or enjoy a walk along 90 Mile Beach. Guesthouse with a great vibe, comfortable rooms clean and plenty of shared facilities. Location right across from the beach is excellent including a side beach view from our room with a bonus when you see the Ahipara horses graze right outside of our window.

Lodge Bordeaux features a heated outdoor pool, a barbecue pavilion and an in-room breakfast service. A 5-minute drive from Whangarei’s city centre, it offers free unlimited WiFi. Easy access, and even though on the highway, it was quiet. Quick check-in. Shared laundry, but we arrived just in time to get a load done. Our apartment actually looked better than the photos, the kitchen was functional with enough equipment to make a little dinner. We had a spa bath, which we didn't have time to use, but loved that towel warmer. We found a classical music station on the TV! It's nice they provide real milk for your coffee or for hot chocolate with your cookies.

Just 450 metres from Kororareka Bay, Bellrock Lodge offers studios with a private balcony and lovely bay and town views. The owners Catherine and Stewart were the perfect hosts! They had a great balance between privacy and sharing important information about where to go.

Featuring an outdoor pool, a sunny terrace and free airport transfers, Relax a Lodge is set on 11 acres of organic citrus orchards. It offers heated rooms with free Wi-Fi. I greatly appreciated all the fruit & food the host supplied.

Located in a quiet position on Kerikeri Road, the colonial-style Kerikeri Park Lodge features modern decor and is set on 3.5 acres of lovely park like grounds. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was in a quiet location, back from the road. Short drive to the town or walking distance to local cafes etc.
